Official abstract text for this publication.
A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE includes circuitry configured to determine that a low priority (LP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) overlaps with a high priority (HP) physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) and a HP scheduling request (SR) PUCCH with a positive SR, where the PUCCH with positive HP SR does not overlap with the HP PUCCH with HARQ-ACK.

What is claimed is: 1 . A user equipment (UE), comprising: a processor; and a memory storing instructions, wherein the instructions, when run by the processor, cause the UE to: determine that a low priority (LP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) overlaps with a high priority (HP) physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) and a HP scheduling request (SR) PUCCH with a positive SR; drop the LP PUSCH that overlap with the HP SR PUCCH with a positive SR; not perform HP HARQ-ACK multiplexing on the LP PUSCH; and transmit the HP PUCCH with HP HARQ-ACK and the HP SR PUCCH with a positive SR. 2 - 5 . (canceled) 6 . A base station (gNB), comprising: a processor; and a memory storing instructions, wherein the instructions, when run by the processor, cause the base station to: determine that a low priority (LP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) overlaps with a high priority (HP) physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) and a HP scheduling request (SR) PUCCH with a positive SR, wherein the LP PUSCH that overlap with the HP SR PUCCH with a positive SR is dropped, and HP HARQ-ACK multiplexing is not performed on the LP PUSCH; and receive the HP PUCCH with HP HARQ-ACK and the HP SR PUCCH with a positive SR. 7 - 10 . (canceled) 11 . A method performed by user equipment (UE), the method comprising: determining that a low priority (LP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) overlaps with a high priority (HP) physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) and a HP scheduling request (SR) PUCCH with a positive SR, dropping the LP PUSCH that overlap with the HP SR PUCCH with a positive SR; forgoing performing HP HARQ-ACK multiplexing on the LP PUSCH, and transmitting the HP PUCCH with HP HARQ-ACK and the HP SR PUCCH with a positive SR.
