1 . A lens driving device comprising: a cover comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate; a bobbin disposed in the cover; a housing disposed between the cover and the bobbin; a coil and a first magnet configured to move the bobbin in an optical axis direction; an upper elastic member coupled with the bobbin and the housing; and an adhesive fixing the upper elastic member to the housing, wherein the housing comprises an upper surface facing the upper plate of the cover and a groove formed on the upper surface of the housing, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a hole disposed at a position corresponding with the groove of the housing, and wherein at least a portion of the adhesive is disposed in the groove of the housing. 2 . The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the upper elastic member comprises a body formed with the hole, an extension portion disposed in the hole, and a connection portion connecting the extension portion and the body, wherein the extension portion is overlapped with the groove of the housing in the optical axis direction, and wherein at least a portion of the adhesive is configured to bond the extension portion of the upper elastic member to the housing. 3 . The lens driving device of claim 2 , wherein the hole of the upper elastic member is formed as a curved gap between the body and the extension portion. 4 . The lens driving device of claim 2 , wherein the connection portion comprises both lateral surfaces opposite to each other, and wherein a distance between the both lateral surfaces of the connection portion is shorter than a width of the extension portion in a corresponding direction. 5 . The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the upper elastic member comprises an inner elastic portion coupled with the bobbin, an outer elastic portion coupled with the housing, and a connection elastic portion connecting the inner elastic portion and the outer elastic portion, and wherein the hole is formed on the outer elastic portion. 6 . The lens driving device of claim 5 , wherein the housing comprises a protrusion formed on the upper surface of the housing so that the upper surface of the housing is spaced apart from the upper plate of the cover, and wherein the outer elastic portion of the upper elastic member is disposed on the upper surface of the housing so that the outer elastic portion of the upper elastic member is spaced apart from the upper plate of the cover. 7 . The lens driving device of claim 5 , wherein the bobbin comprises a groove formed on an upper surface of the bobbin, wherein the inner elastic portion of the upper elastic member comprises a body, a hole formed on the body, an extension portion disposed in the hole of the inner elastic portion, and a connection portion connecting the extension portion and the body, wherein the extension portion is overlapped with the groove of the bobbin in the optical axis direction, and wherein an adhesive bonding the extension portion to the bobbin is disposed in the groove of the bobbin. 8 . The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein the housing is coupled with the upper elastic member by thermal fusion. 9 . The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein, when viewed from above, the extension portion is formed in a circular shape. 10 . The lens driving device of claim 1 , wherein, when viewed from above, the extension portion is formed in a triangular shape or a square shape. 11 .
