1 . A cover connection structure for a carrier comprising a frame and a cover assembly, comprising: a fixing base disposed on the frame; and an engaging member disposed on the cover assembly; wherein the fixing base is movably engaged with the engaging member to allow the cover assembly to be detachably mounted onto the fixing base. 2 . The cover connection structure according to claim 1 , wherein the fixing base is provided with a sliding groove, and the engaging member is insertable into the sliding groove. 3 . The cover connection structure according to claim 2 , wherein one of the sliding groove and the engaging member is provided with a protruding portion, the other one of the sliding groove and the engaging member is provided with a recessed portion, and when the engaging member is inserted into the sliding groove, the protruding portion is engaged with the recessed portion. 4 . The cover connection structure according to claim 2 , wherein the sliding groove comprises a first groove portion, two second groove portions are respectively provided on two opposite side walls of the first groove portion, the first groove portion and the two second groove portions extends through one side of the fixing base to form a T-shaped insertion port, the engaging member is insertable into the sliding groove through the insertion port, and two opposite first edges of the engaging member are respectively insertable into the two second groove portions. 5 . The cover connection structure according to claim 4 , wherein the first groove portion has an abutting edge opposite to the insertion port, the engaging member has two opposite second edges, each of the second edges is connected between the two first edges, and when the engaging member is inserted into the sliding groove, one of the second edges abuts against the abutting edge. 6 . The cover connection structure according to claim 5 , wherein the engaging member has a parallelogram sheet structure, the two first edges are parallel to each other, and the two second edges are parallel to each other. 7 . The cover connection structure according to claim 1 , wherein one of the fixing base and the engaging member is provided with a limiting protrusion, the other one of the fixing base and the engaging member is provided with a mounting slot, one end of the mounting slot extends through the fixing base or the engaging member, and the mounting slot is capable of being slidably sleeved outside the limiting protrusion to movably engage the fixing base with the engaging member. 8 . The cover connection structure according to claim 7 , wherein the fixing base is provided with the limiting protrusion, the limiting protrusion comprises a first convex portion and a second convex portion connected to each other, the second convex portion protrudes relative to a periphery of the first convex portion to form a limiting edge, the first convex portion is connected to the fixing base, and the second convex portion and the fixing base are spaced apart to form a limiting concave portion; the engaging member is provided with the mounting slot, the mounting slot comprises a first groove body and a second groove body disposed on a periphery of the first groove body and in communication with the first groove body, both the first groove body and the second groove body extend through one end of the engaging member to form a T-shaped mounting port, and the engaging member is capable of being slidably sleeved outside the limiting protrusion through the mounting port; and when the mounting slot is engaged with the limiting protrusion, the limiting edge is positioned in the second groove body, and a side wall of the second groove body is positioned in the limiting concave portion. 9 . The cover connection structure according to claim 8 , wherein the engaging member is provided with a limiting structure, and when the engaging member is operated to engage the mounting slot with the limiting protrusion, the limiting protrusion overcomes the limiting structure and moves from the mounting port into the mounting slot. 10 . The cover connection structure according to claim 9 , wherein the limiting structure comprises: a limiting portion disposed on one or both of opposite side walls of the first groove body; and a hollow out portion disposed at positions of the one or both of opposite side walls of the first groove body corresponding to the limiting portion; when the limiting portion is pressed by the limiting protrusion, the limiting portion moves toward the hollow out portion, causing the limiting portion to elastically deform. 11 . The cover connection structure according to claim 10 , wherein the first convex portion is provided with an inwardly concave notch, and the notch is configured to engage with the limiting portion on the engaging member when the mounting slot is engaged with the limiting protrusion. 12 . The cover connection structure according to claim 11 , wherein the first convex portion and the second convex portion each have a circular structure; the first groove body and the second groove body each comprise an elongated first groove section and an arc-shaped second groove section, one end of the first groove section is in communication with the second groove section, and the other end of the first groove section forms the mounting port; when the mounting slot is engaged with the limiting protrusion, the limiting edge is positioned in the second groove section of the second groove body, and the engaging member is capable rotating relative to the fixing base by rotating the limiting protrusion in the second groove section. 13 . The cover connection structure according to claim 8 , wherein the first convex portion and the second convex portion each have an elongated structure, and in extension directions of the first convex portion and the second convex portion, top ends of the first convex portion and the second convex portion are arc-shaped; the first groove body and the second groove body each comprise an elongated first groove section and an arc-shaped second groove section, one end of the first groove section is in communication with the second groove section, and the other end of the first groove section forms the mounting port, and the second groove section of the second groove body has an abutting edge opposite to the mounting port; when the mounting slot is engaged with the limiting protrusion, the top end of the second convex portion abuts against the abutting edge, and the limiting edge is positioned in the first groove section and the second groove section of the second groove body. 14 . The cover connection structure according to claim 8 , wherein a side of the engaging member facing the mounting slot is provided with a rib, when the engaging member slidably sleeves outside the limiting protrusion through the mounting slot, the rib is positioned between the engaging member and the limiting protrusion. 15 . The cover connection structure according to claim 1 , wherein the engaging member is further provided with a connecting perforation configured to allow a webbing to pass through, and the webbing is connected to the cover assembly. 16 . The cover connection structure according to claim 1 , wherein the engaging member has a connecting portion configured to be sewn to the cover assembly, and the engaging member is provided with a groove at the connecting portion configured to accommodate a sewing thread. 17 . A carrier, comprising: a frame; a cover assembly covering the frame; and the cover connection structure according to
