What is claimed is: 1 . A watch component comprising: a base material; a protective film formed on a surface of the base material by wet plating; and a decorative film formed on a surface of the protective film by dry plating, wherein the decorative film is a multilayer film in which a plurality of layers including a first layer in contact with the protective film are stacked, and a main material constituting the first layer is the same as a main material constituting the protective film. 2 . The watch component according to claim 1 , wherein the main material constituting the protective film and the first layer is Ni. 3 . The watch component according to claim 1 , wherein the decorative film includes a second layer in contact with the first layer and a third layer and subsequent layers stacked on the surface side of the second layer, and a main material constituting the second layer is a material having high adhesiveness to the first layer and a reflectance more than or equal to a predetermined value. 4 . The watch component according to claim 3 , wherein the main material constituting the second layer is Cr. 5 . The watch component according to claim 3 , wherein the third layer and subsequent layers include a layer formed of a metal material and a layer formed of an oxide or a fluoride. 6 . The watch component according to claim 5 , wherein the layer formed of a metal material is composed of a material containing at least one selected from a group consisting of Cr, Au, Ag, and Rh. 7 . The watch component according to claim 5 , wherein the layer formed of an oxide or a fluoride is composed of a material containing at least one selected from a group consisting of Ta 2 O 5 , SiO 2 , TiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , Zro 2 , Nb 2 O 5 , HfO 2 , NasAl 3 F 14 , Na 3 AlF 6 , AlF 3 , MgF 2 , CaF 2 , BaF 2 , YF 3 , LaF 3 , CeF 3 , and NdF 3 . 8 . The watch component according to claim 1 , wherein a top coat film formed on a surface of the decorative film is included. 9 . The watch component according to claim 1 , wherein the watch component is a dial or a component of a movement. 10 . A watch comprising the watch component according to claim 1 .
