1 . A rope inspection device attached to a work machine that has a machine body, a rising/lowering body capable of rising/lowering relative to the machine body, a winch, and a rope which is led out from the winch and suspended from a tip end of the rising/lowering body and which is connected to a load to be suspended, the rope inspection device comprising: a rope inspection instrument capable of inspecting a deterioration state of the rope; and a support unit which is attached to the tip end of the rising/lowering body and which supports the rope inspection instrument such that the rope inspection instrument can follow movement in a horizontal direction of the rope which is suspended from the tip end. 2 . The rope inspection device according to claim 1 , wherein the support unit includes a pair of left and right support cables suspended from the tip end of the rising/lowering body, and a support mechanism connected to tip ends of the pair of support cables and supporting the rope inspection instrument. 3 . The rope inspection device according to claim 2 , wherein the rising/lowering body includes a sheave disposed at the tip end and including an outer peripheral surface supporting the rope, and a sheave rotation shaft rotatably supporting the sheave, and base ends of the pair of left and right support cables are respectively supported by both ends of the sheave rotation shaft. 4 . The rope inspection device according to claim 2 , wherein the rising/lowering body includes an overwound limit switch attached to the tip end and a detection cable led out from the overwound limit switch, and the support mechanism further includes a detection cable connection part connected to a tip end of the detection cable. 5 . The rope inspection device according to claim 2 , wherein the support mechanism includes a support frame connected to the tip ends of the pair of support cables, and a support body fixed to a center of the support frame and supporting the rope inspection instrument. 6 . The rope inspection device according to claim 5 , wherein the rope inspection instrument has a cylindrical internal space that receives, along an up-down direction, the rope suspended from the tip end of the rising/lowering body. 7 . The rope inspection device according to claim 6 , wherein the rope inspection instrument includes an inspection instrument opening/closing part that opens/closes so as to receive the rope into the internal space along a horizontal direction. 8 . The rope inspection device according to claim 7 , wherein the support mechanism further includes a support opening/closing part that supports the rope inspection instrument so as to surround the rope inspection instrument along a horizontal plane, and that opens/closes so as to receive the rope inspection instrument along a horizontal direction. 9 . The rope inspection device according to claim 6 , wherein the support body supports the rope inspection instrument such that the rope inspection instrument is disposed below the support frame, and the support unit further includes a buffer body disposed below the rope inspection instrument and mitigating an impact applied to the rope inspection instrument. 10 . The rope inspection device according to claim 9 , wherein the buffer body has a tubular shape surrounding the rope, and includes a buffer body opening/closing part that can receive the rope along a horizontal direction. 11 . A work machine comprising: a machine body; a rising/lowering body capable of rising/lowering relative to the machine body; a winch; a rope which is led out from the winch and suspended from a tip end of the rising/lowering body and which is connected to a load to be suspended; and the rope inspection device according to claim 1 to be attached to the tip end of the rising/lowering body. 12 . The rope inspection device according to claim 3 , wherein the rising/lowering body includes an overwound limit switch attached to the tip end and a detection cable led out from the overwound limit switch, and the support mechanism further includes a detection cable connection part connected to a tip end of the detection cable. 13 . The rope inspection device according to claim 3 , wherein the support mechanism includes a support frame connected to the tip ends of the pair of support cables, and a support body fixed to a center of the support frame and supporting the rope inspection instrument. 14 . The rope inspection device according to claim 4 , wherein the support mechanism includes a support frame connected to the tip ends of the pair of support cables, and a support body fixed to a center of the support frame and supporting the rope inspection instrument. 15 . The rope inspection device according to claim 7 , wherein the support body supports the rope inspection instrument such that the rope inspection instrument is disposed below the support frame, and the support unit further includes a buffer body disposed below the rope inspection instrument and mitigating an impact applied to the rope inspection instrument. 16 . The rope inspection device according to claim 8 , wherein the support body supports the rope inspection instrument such that the rope inspection instrument is disposed below the support frame, and the support unit further includes a buffer body disposed below the rope inspection instrument and mitigating an impact applied to the rope inspection instrument.
