An internal combustion engine control device includes a correlation index estimation unit configured to estimate a piston temperature correlation index correlated with a temperature of a piston based on an internal combustion engine operating condition parameter and an oil jet parameter for injecting oil to a back surface of the piston; and a hydraulic pressure setting unit configured to set a hydraulic pressure of an oil jet based on the piston temperature correlation index and an evaporation parameter of fuel attached to the piston, wherein when the piston temperature correlation index is less than a first predetermined value determined based on a temperature corresponding to a fuel evaporable condition as the evaporation parameter, the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to a hydraulic pressure at which oil jet injection can be stopped.

1 . An internal combustion engine control device comprising: a correlation index estimation unit configured to estimate a piston temperature correlation index correlated with a temperature of a piston based on an operating condition parameter and an oil jet parameter for injecting oil to a back surface of the piston; and a hydraulic pressure setting unit configured to set a hydraulic pressure of an oil jet based on the piston temperature correlation index and an evaporation parameter of fuel attached to the piston, wherein when the piston temperature correlation index is less than a first predetermined value determined based on a temperature corresponding to a fuel evaporable condition as the evaporation parameter, the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to a hydraulic pressure at which oil jet injection is stoppable. 2 . The internal combustion engine control device according to claim 1 , wherein when the piston temperature correlation index is greater than or equal to the first predetermined value, when an oil temperature of the oil jet is less than a second predetermined value regarded as being in the warm-up state, the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets a target value of the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to a hydraulic pressure at which the oil jet is injectable. 3 . The internal combustion engine control device according to claim 1 , wherein when the oil temperature is greater than or equal to the second predetermined value, the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets a target value of the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet in conjunction with the operating condition parameter. 4 . The internal combustion engine control device according to claim 1 , wherein the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets a target value of the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to a hydraulic pressure at which the oil jet is injectable and to a hydraulic pressure at which each part of the internal combustion engine is impregnated with the oil. 5 . The internal combustion engine control device according to claim 1 , wherein the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets a target value of the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to a hydraulic pressure at which the oil jet injection is stoppable or a hydraulic pressure at which the oil jet is injectable based on a hydraulic pressure at which a valve responsive to a hydraulic pressure provided between an oil pump and an oil jet nozzle is opened and closed. 6 . The internal combustion engine control device according to claim 2 , wherein the hydraulic pressure setting unit sets the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to a hydraulic pressure that achieves an oil jet injection amount within a range in which a piston temperature does not decrease due to energy flowing to oil by oil jet injection when setting the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet to the hydraulic pressure at which the oil jet is injectable. 7 . An internal combustion engine control method comprising: a correlation index estimating process of estimating, by an internal combustion engine control device, a piston temperature correlation index correlated with a temperature of a piston based on an operating condition parameter and an oil jet parameter for injecting oil to a back surface of the piston; and a hydraulic pressure setting process of setting, by the internal combustion engine control device, a hydraulic pressure of an oil jet based on the piston temperature correlation index and an evaporation parameter of fuel attached to the piston, wherein in the hydraulic pressure setting process, when the piston temperature correlation index is less than a first predetermined value determined based on a temperature corresponding to a fuel evaporable condition as the evaporation parameter, the hydraulic pressure of the oil jet is set to a hydraulic pressure at which oil jet injection is stoppable.
