1 . A handle that is couplable to at least one cable of a gymnastic machine of the type comprising a resistance unit operable by a user by means of said cable for performing a gymnastic exercise, said handle comprising: at least one hollow outer casing comprising an upper end and a lower end, the at least one hollow outer casing grippable by a user to perform a gymnastic exercise; and at least one hollow inner sheath, insertable into the cavity of said at least one casing and couplable to said at least one casing, said at least one sheath configured to house said at least one cable into the cavity thereof; and said at least one sheath exits by a pre-established portion with respect to said upper end of said at least one casing. 2 . The handle according to claim 1 , wherein said at least one sheath is couplable to said at least one casing by a shape-coupling. 3 . The handle according to claim 1 , wherein stiffness of said at least one sheath is lower than stiffness of said at least one casing, so that said pre-established portion is configured to fold over said upper end of said at least one casing when the cable is operated by the user. 4 . The handle according to claim 1 , wherein said casing comprises a relief therein. 5 . The handle according to claim 1 , wherein said sheath comprises an abutment. 6 . The handle according to claim 5 , wherein the coupling between said casing and said sheath occurs by a shape-coupling between said abutment and said relief. 7 . The handle according to claim 1 , further comprising a closure member which is fixable to said lower end of said casing. 8 . The handle according to claim 7 , wherein said closure member comprises a groove for housing said cable. 9 . The handle according to claim 8 , wherein said closure member comprises a fixing portion for locking said cable. 10 . A gymnastic machine, comprising: a resistance unit operable by a user by a cable for performing a gymnastic exercise, and the improved handle according to claim 1 . 11 . The gymnastic machine according to claim 10 , further comprising a hooking member which is configured to hook said handle to when the machine is not in use. 12 . The gymnastic machine according to claim 11 , wherein said hooking member is hook shaped. 13 . The gymnastic machine according to claim 10 , further comprising at least one output element for the passage of said cable. 14 . The gymnastic machine according to claim 13 , wherein inside said at least one output element a first pulley that guides said cable inside said machine is coupled in a freely rotatable manner.
