What is claimed is: 1 . A method, comprising: forming a tobacco vaping insert that includes a tobacco element and a filter, the tobacco vaping insert being non-combustible; and inserting the tobacco vaping insert within a first air passage of a first section of an e-vaping device, first side surfaces of the filter directly contacting sidewalls of the first air passage, and a gap existing between at least a portion of second side surfaces of the tobacco element and the sidewalls of the first air passage. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming forms such that a first end of the tobacco element is directly connected to the filter. 3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the inserting inserts such that the gap exists along a longitudinal length of the tobacco element from the first end to a second end of the tobacco element. 4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein a size of the gap is variable from the first end to the second end of the tobacco element. 5 . The method of claim 3 , wherein a size of the gap is uniform from the first end to the second end of the tobacco element. 6 . The method of claim 2 , wherein a first diameter of the first end of the tobacco element equals a second diameter of the filter, the second diameter of the filter being a uniform diameter from a first end of the filter to a second end of the filter. 7 . The method of claim 6 , wherein the second side surfaces have a variable diameter along a longitudinal length of the tobacco element, from the first end to a second end of the tobacco element. 8 . The method of claim 2 , wherein a first diameter of the first end of the tobacco element is smaller than a second diameter of the filter, the second diameter of the filter being a uniform diameter from a first end of the filter to a second end of the filter. 9 . The method of claim 2 , wherein a first diameter of the first end of the tobacco element is a largest diameter of the tobacco element along a longitudinal length of the tobacco element from the first end to a second end of the tobacco element. 10 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the forming forms such that the tobacco element has a varying diameter along a longitudinal length of the tobacco element from the first end to a second end of the tobacco element. 11 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the forming forms such that the tobacco element has a same diameter along a longitudinal length of the tobacco element from the first end to a second end of the tobacco element. 12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein them forming forms such that a first surface of the tobacco element directly contacts a second surface of the filter. 13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein a first surface area of the first surface equals a second surface area of the second surface. 14 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming forms such that a first end of the tobacco element is directly connected to the filter via an adhesive, the adhesive being at least one of a starch-based adhesive and a dextrin-based adhesive. 15 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming forms such that a first end of the tobacco element is at least partially embedded within a first surface of the filter. 16 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming forms such that the tobacco element is in the shape of a thin sheet. 17 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming forms such that the tobacco element is in a conical shape. 18 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the forming forms such that the tobacco element is made from at least one of tobacco leaf, compressed tobacco, tobacco strands, rolled tobacco, reconstituted tobacco, filler, tobacco beads, compressed tobacco rod, shaped tobacco or tobacco powder. 19 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: arranging a heater to heat an airflow that passes through the first air passage, the heater being upstream of the tobacco vaping insert, and the tobacco element being upstream of the filter, relative to a normal direction of the airflow through the first section during an operation of the first section. 20 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising: disposing a wick to be in communication with a reservoir and at least a portion of the heater, and the arranging arranges such that the heater is configured to selectively receive an electrical current to at least partially vaporize a pre-vapor formulation communicated from the reservoir to the heater by the wick.
