1 . A conduit clip comprising: a top surface defining a first partially enclosed ring extending from a front face to a rear face; a bottom surface defining a second partially enclosed ring extending from the front face to the rear face of the body, a first side face defining a first slot configured to receive a first flexible fastener, the first slot extending from the bottom surface to the top surface; and a second side face defining a second slot configured to receive the first flexible fastener, the second slot extending from the bottom surface to the top surface. 2 . The conduit clip of claim 1 wherein the first side face defines an opening extending to the second side face. 3 . The conduit clip of claim 2 wherein the opening is positioned within the first slot and the second slot. 4 . The conduit clip of claim 3 wherein the opening is fully enclosed. 5 . The conduit clip claim of claim 1 wherein the first partially enclosed ring and the second partially enclosed ring extend in a parallel direction. 6 . The conduit clip claim of claim 1 wherein the first partially enclosed ring and the second partially enclosed ring extend in a non-parallel direction. 7 . The conduit clip of claim 1 wherein at least one of the first slot and the second slot are rectangular. 8 . The conduit clip of claim 1 wherein the first partially enclosed ring is about 60% to about 80% enclosed. 9 . The conduit clip of claim 1 wherein the first partially enclosed ring is about 65% to about 70% enclosed. 10 . The conduit clip claim of claim 1 wherein the bottom surface comprises a plurality of gripping projections. 11 . A conduit clip comprising: a top surface defining a pair of partially enclosed rings extending from a front face to a rear face; a bottom surface defining a lower partially enclosed ring extending from the front face to the rear face of the body, a first side face defining a first slot configured to receive a first flexible fastener, the first slot extending from the bottom surface to the top surface; and a second side face defining a second slot configured to receive the first flexible fastener, the second slot extending from the bottom surface to the top surface. 12 . The conduit clip of claim 11 wherein the first side face defines an opening extending to the second side face. 13 . The conduit clip of claim 12 wherein the opening is positioned within the first slot and the second slot. 14 . The conduit clip of claim 13 wherein the opening is fully enclosed. 15 . The conduit clip of claim 1 wherein a radius of one of the pair of partially enclosed rings is the same as a radius of the other partially enclosed ring. 16 . The conduit clip of claim 11 wherein the pair of partially enclosed rings are each about 60% to about 80% enclosed. 17 . The conduit clip of claim 11 wherein the pair of partially enclosed rings are each about 65% to about 70% enclosed. 18 - 20 . (canceled)
