A valve seat unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, includes: a base; a valve seat including a seat surface for a valve to sit on and configured separately from the base; and a bolt securing the valve seat to the base. A head portion of the bolt is located between the seat surface and a seat back surface of the valve seat located opposite to the seat surface.

First claim

1 . A valve seat unit, comprising: a valve seat including a seat surface for a valve to sit on and a seat back surface located opposite to the seat surface; a base configured separately from the valve seat and supporting the valve seat; and a bolt securing the valve seat to the base, wherein a head portion of the bolt is located between the seat surface and the seat back surface. 2 . The valve seat unit according to claim 1 , wherein the base includes a support surface in contact with the seat back surface and supporting the valve seat. 3 . The valve seat unit according to claim 2 , wherein the valve seat formed in a ring shape further includes a chamfered portion connected to one radial end of the seat back surface, wherein the base further includes a base corner portion facing the chamfered portion, and wherein the valve seat unit further comprises an O-ring disposed between the base corner portion and the chamfered portion. 4 . The valve seat unit according to claim 1 , wherein the seat surface has: an inner seat formed in an annular shape; and an outer seat formed in an annular shape so as to surround the inner seat, and wherein the bolt is located between the inner seat and the outer seat. 5 . The valve seat unit according to claim 1 , wherein the valve seat is formed by a metal material. 6 . The valve seat unit according to claim 1 , wherein the valve seat is formed by a resin material.
