Eyedrops for ameliorating retinal circulation disorder and retinal neurovascular coupling disorder, the eyedrops containing fibrate-containing nanoparticles.
Opening claim text (preview).
1 . An eyedrop for ameliorating or preventing retinal circulation disorder and a retinal neurovascular coupling disorder, the eyedrop comprising nanoparticles including a fibrate, wherein the nanoparticles are a wet-ground product of a fibrate, and the nanoparticles have a particle diameter in the range of 10 to 300 nm. 2 . (canceled) 3 . The eyedrop according to claim 1 , further comprising a thickener. 4 . The eyedrop according to claim 3 , wherein the thickener is a cellulose-based thickener. 5 . The eyedrop according to claim 4 , wherein the cellulose-based thickener is methylcellulose. 6 . The eyedrop according to claim 1 , further comprising cyclodextrins. 7 . The eyedrop according to claim 6 , wherein the cyclodextrins are 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin. 8 . The method for ameliorating or preventing retinal circulation disorder or retinal neurovascular coupling disorder, the method comprising administering the eyedrop comprising nanoparticles including a fibrate to a subject, wherein the nanoparticles are a wet-ground product of a fibrate, and the nanoparticles have a particle diameter in the range of 10 to 300 nm. 9 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the eyedrop further comprises a thickener. 10 . The method according to claim 9 , wherein the thickener is a cellulose-based thickener. 11 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein the cellulose-based thickener is methylcellulose. 12 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the eyedrop further comprises cyclodextrins. 13 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the cyclodextrins are 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
