What is claimed is: 1 . A fire-retardant assembly comprising: a fire-retardant member including a fire-retardant material; and an exterior material configured to enclose the fire-retardant member therein. 2 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the exterior material starts to melt at a preset temperature. 3 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 2 , wherein the preset temperature is lower than a melting point of the fire-retardant member. 4 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the fire-retardant member includes silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ). 5 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein at least one end portion of both end portions of the exterior material is tapered. 6 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the exterior material includes: a body portion having a pipe shape; a first end portion coupled to an upper side of the body portion to close one open end of both open ends of the body portion; and a second end portion coupled to a lower side of the body portion to close the other open end, and the first end portion is tapered in a direction away from the body portion. 7 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 6 , wherein the second end portion includes a flat surface perpendicular to the body portion. 8 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the exterior material includes: a body portion having a cylindrical shape, in which at least one end of both ends of the body portion is open; and an end portion coupled to the body portion to close the at least one open end. 9 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein a height of the exterior material is greater than a maximum length of one end face of the exterior material in a direction perpendicular to the height of the exterior material. 10 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the fire-retardant member includes a plurality of fire-retardant particles. 11 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the fire-retardant member is provided as a roll-shaped fire-retardant sheet. 12 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the exterior material has a cylindrical shape. 13 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the exterior material has a polyhedral shape. 14 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 1 , wherein the fire-retardant member is a solid filler. 15 . The fire-retardant assembly of claim 14 , wherein the solid filler is in a form of a plurality of granular materials. 16 . A method of manufacturing a fire-retardant assembly including an exterior material, which includes a body portion having a pillar shape, of which at least one end of both ends is open, and an end portion coupled to the open one end, and a fire-retardant member accommodated in a fire-retardant space formed by the exterior material, the method comprising: inserting the fire-retardant member into the fire-retardant space; and coupling the end portion to the open one end of the body portion. 17 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising, after the coupling of the end portion, a thermoforming operation of applying heat to the fire-retardant assembly. 18 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the thermoforming operation includes fusing the end portion to the body portion. 19 . A method of manufacturing a fire-retardant assembly including an exterior material, which includes a body portion in a pillar shape and a first end portion and a second end portion coupled to both open ends of the body portion, and a fire-retardant member accommodated in a fire-retardant space formed by the exterior material, the method comprising: coupling the body portion to the first end portion to form the fire-retardant space; inserting the fire-retardant member into the fire-retardant space; and coupling the second end portion to the open one end of the body portion. 20 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising, after the coupling of the second end portion, a thermoforming operation of applying heat to the fire-retardant assembly, wherein the thermoforming operation includes fusing the first end portion and the second end portion to the body portion.
