A rubber composition for tires, comprising a rubber component, carbon black, and vegetable oil, wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 120 to 250 (m2/g). It is preferable that the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 160 to 250 (m2/g). It is preferable that the vegetable oil has an iodine value of 95 or less. It is preferable that a content of the carbon black is 70 to 150 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass. What is claimed is: 1 . A rubber composition for tires, comprising a rubber component, carbon black, and vegetable oil, wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 120 to 250 (m 2 /g). 2 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 160 to 250 (m 2 /g). 3 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the vegetable oil has an iodine value of 95 or less. 4 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the vegetable oil is sunflower oil. 5 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the carbon black is 70 to 150 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass. 6 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the vegetable oil is 20 to 100 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass. 7 . A pneumatic tire comprising a rubber member obtained by vulcanizing and molding the rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 .
