A rubber composition for tires, comprising a rubber component, carbon black, and vegetable oil, wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 120 to 250 (m2/g). It is preferable that the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 160 to 250 (m2/g). It is preferable that the vegetable oil has an iodine value of 95 or less. It is preferable that It is preferable that the vegetable oil is sunflower oil. It is preferable that a content of the carbon black is 70 to 150 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass. It is preferable that a content of the vegetable oil is 20 to 100 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass.

What is claimed is: 1 . A rubber composition for tires, comprising a rubber component, carbon black, and vegetable oil, wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 120 to 250 (m 2 /g). 2 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 160 to 250 (m 2 /g). 3 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the vegetable oil has an iodine value of 95 or less. 4 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein the vegetable oil is sunflower oil. 5 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the carbon black is 70 to 150 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass. 6 . The rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the vegetable oil is 20 to 100 parts by mass when a total amount of the rubber component is taken as 100 parts by mass. 7 . A pneumatic tire comprising a rubber member obtained by vulcanizing and molding the rubber composition for tires according to claim 1 .
