A cellulose particle includes a mother particle containing cellulose as a main component, a first coating layer containing at least one polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of a basic polysaccharide and a salt of the basic polysaccharide, the first coating layer being provided on a surface of the mother particle, and a second coating layer containing at least one hydrophobic compound selected from a fatty acid, a fatty acid metal salt, an acylated amino acid, or an acylated amino acid salt, the second coating layer being provided on the first coating layer.

What is claimed is: 1 . A cellulose particle comprising: a mother particle containing cellulose as a main component; a first coating layer containing at least one polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of a basic polysaccharide and a salt of the basic polysaccharide, the first coating layer being provided on a surface of the mother particle; and a second coating layer containing at least one hydrophobic compound selected from a fatty acid, a fatty acid metal salt, an acylated amino acid, or an acylated amino acid salt, the second coating layer being provided on the first coating layer. 2 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein the polysaccharide is chitosan. 3 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein the hydrophobic compound is at least one selected from a fatty acid metal salt or an acylated amino acid salt. 4 . The cellulose particle according to claim 3 , wherein the hydrophobic compound is a fatty acid metal salt. 5 . The cellulose particle according to claim 3 , wherein the fatty acid metal salt is calcium stearate. 6 . The cellulose particle according to claim 4 , wherein the fatty acid metal salt is calcium stearate. 7 . The cellulose particle according to claim 3 , wherein the acylated amino acid salt is at least one selected from aluminum stearoyl glutamate or aluminum myristoyl glutamate. 8 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein the polysaccharide is chitosan, and the hydrophobic compound is calcium stearate. 9 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein a coating amount of the first coating layer with respect to the mother particle is 0.2% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less. 10 . The cellulose particle according to claim 9 , wherein the coating amount of the first coating layer with respect to the mother particle is 0.25% by mass or more and 3% by mass or less. 11 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein a coating amount of the second coating layer with respect to the mother particle is 0.5% by mass or more and 25% by mass or less. 12 . The cellulose particle according to claim 11 , wherein the coating amount of the second coating layer with respect to the mother particle is 3% by mass or more and 12% by mass or less. 13 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein a ratio of a coating amount of the first coating layer to a coating amount of the second coating layer is 0.04 or more and 2 or less. 14 . The cellulose particle according to claim 1 , wherein a volume average particle diameter of the cellulose particles is 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less.
