A hand-held electric working machine for cutting a work object is provided. The electric working machine comprises a working portion, a housing, a motor, and a control unit. The working portion is configured to cut the work object. The housing extends in a first direction from a rear side where a user is positioned to a front side where the work object is positioned. The motor is configured to generate rotary power for allowing the working portion to drive and is provided on the rear side of the housing, displaced in a second direction with respect to a centerline of the housing. The centerline extends in the first direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The control unit is configured to electrically control rotation of the motor and is positioned opposite the motor across the centerline.

What is claimed is: 1 . A hand-held electric working machine for cutting a work object, comprising: a working portion configured to cut the work object; a housing extends in a first direction from a rear side where a user is positioned to a front side where the work object is positioned; a motor configured to generate rotary power for allowing the working portion to drive, and provided on the rear side of the housing, displaced in a second direction with respect to a centerline of the housing, wherein the centerline extends in the first direction, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; and a control unit configured to electrically control rotation of the motor, and positioned opposite the motor across the centerline. 2 . The electric working machine according to claim 1 , wherein: the housing has a predetermined width in the second direction, and the motor and the control unit are each provided so as not to exceed the predetermined width. 3 . The electric working machine according to claim 1 , wherein: the motor is provided such that a first angle is any angle from 15 degrees to 45 degrees, the first angle being an acute angle formed by a line connecting a center of a rotation axis of the motor to a predetermined position on the centerline and the centerline. 4 . The electric working machine according to claim 1 , wherein: the control unit is provided such that a second angle is any angle from 15 degrees to 45 degrees, the second angle being an acute angle formed by a line along a longitudinal direction of the control unit and the centerline. 5 . The electric working machine according to claim 4 , wherein: the control unit is provided such that the second angle is smaller than the first angle. 6 . The electric working machine according to claim 1 , wherein: the electric working machine is a hedge trimmer, a brush cutter, or a chainsaw.
