What is claimed is: 1 . A computer system that is associated with a first user and configured to communicate with a display generation component and one or more input devices, comprising: one or more processors; and memory storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for: sharing historical activity data with a second user, including: transmitting, to the second user, activity data representing physical activity performed by the first user; and receiving, from the second user, historical activity data representing physical activity performed by the second user; displaying, via the display generation component, an activity indicator user interface including an activity indicator corresponding to the received historical activity data for the second user, wherein the activity indicator comprises: a first indicator including a first completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a first type of physical activity performed by the second user during a period of time; a second indicator including a second completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a second type of physical activity performed by the second user during the period of time; and a third indicator including a third completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a third type of physical activity performed by the second user during the period of time. 2 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: displaying, via the display generation component, a physical activity user interface including a first set of affordances associated with physical activity tracking functions, wherein the first set of affordances includes a first affordance associated with a first physical activity tracking function for tracking physical activity performed by the second user. 3 . The computer system of claim 2 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: receiving a user input corresponding to a selection of the first affordance, wherein displaying the physical activity user interface occurs in response to receiving the user input. 4 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the first indicator, the second indicator, and the third indicator are concurrently displayed as concentric, continuous rings. 5 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: displaying, via the display generation component, a user interface including an activity indicator corresponding to received historical activity data for the first user. 6 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein sharing historical activity data with the second user includes transmitting, to the second user, activity data representing physical activity performed by the first user. 7 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: sharing historical activity data with a third user, including: transmitting, to the third user, activity data representing physical activity performed by the first user; and receiving, from the third user, historical activity data representing physical activity performed by the third user. 8 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured to be executed by one or more processors of a computer system that is associated with a first user and that is in communication with a display generation component and one or more input devices, the one or more programs including instructions for: sharing historical activity data with a second user, including: transmitting, to the second user, activity data representing physical activity performed by the first user; and receiving, from the second user, historical activity data representing physical activity performed by the second user; displaying, via the display generation component, an activity indicator user interface including an activity indicator corresponding to the received historical activity data for the second user, wherein the activity indicator comprises: a first indicator including a first completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a first type of physical activity performed by the second user during a period of time; a second indicator including a second completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a second type of physical activity performed by the second user during the period of time; and a third indicator including a third completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a third type of physical activity performed by the second user during the period of time. 9 . A method comprising: at a computer system that is associated with a first user and that is in communication with a display generation component and one or more input devices: sharing historical activity data with a second user, including: transmitting, to the second user, activity data representing physical activity performed by the first user; and receiving, from the second user, historical activity data representing physical activity performed by the second user; displaying, via the display generation component, an activity indicator user interface including an activity indicator corresponding to the received historical activity data for the second user, wherein the activity indicator comprises: a first indicator including a first completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a first type of physical activity performed by the second user during a period of time; a second indicator including a second completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a second type of physical activity performed by the second user during the period of time; and a third indicator including a third completed portion representative of an aggregate amount of a third type of physical activity performed by the second user during the period of time.
