A composite particle comprising: a positive electrode active material particle; and a coating film covering at least part of a surface of the positive electrode active material particle, wherein the coating film includes a first layer covering at least part of the surface of the positive electrode active material particle and a second layer covering at least part of a surface of the first layer, the first layer includes an alkaline oxide including Li and M, the M is at least one of niobium and carbon, and the second layer includes a phosphorus compound.

What is claimed is: 1 . A composite particle comprising: a positive electrode active material particle; and a coating film covering at least part of a surface of the positive electrode active material particle, wherein the coating film includes a first layer covering at least part of the surface of the positive electrode active material particle and a second layer covering at least part of a surface of the first layer, the first layer includes an alkaline oxide including Li and M, the M is at least one of niobium and carbon, and the second layer includes a phosphorus compound. 2 . The composite particle according to claim 1 , wherein the alkaline oxide is lithium niobate or lithium carbonate. 3 . The composite particle according to claim 1 , wherein the phosphorus compound is a phosphoric acid compound. 4 . A positive electrode comprising the composite particle according to claim 1 and a sulfide solid electrolyte. 5 . An all-solid-state battery comprising the positive electrode according to claim 4 , a negative electrode, and a separator.
