1 . Use of a compound of Formula (I), wherein R 1 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and C 1 -haloalkyl; R 2 is hydrogen or C 1 -C 6 alkyl; and n=0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; or an agronomically acceptable salt of said compound, as a herbicide. 2 . Use according to claim 1 , wherein in the compound of Formula (I) R 1 is halogen. 3 . Use according claim 2 , wherein R 1 is chlorine. 4 . Use according to claim 2 , wherein n is 2 or 3. 5 . Use according to claim 4 , wherein n is 2 and R 1 is 2,3 dichloro. 6 . Use according to claim 1 , wherein R 2 is hydrogen. 7 . Use according to any one of claims 1 to 5 claim 1 , wherein R 2 is methyl or ethyl. 8 . An agrochemically acceptable salt of a compound of Formula (Ia), wherein: R 1a and R b are independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, methyl and C 1 -haloalkyl. 9 . An agrochemically acceptable salt according to claim 8 , wherein R 1a and R 1b are both chloro. 10 . An agrochemically acceptable salt according to claim 8 , wherein said salt is selected from the group consisting of sodium, potassium, aluminum, dimethylamine, diglycolamine and choline salt. 11 . A herbicidal composition comprising a compound of Formula (I) as defined in claim 1 . 12 . A herbicidal composition according to claim 11 , further comprising at least one additional pesticide. 13 . A herbicidal composition according to claim 12 , wherein the additional pesticide is a herbicide or herbicide safener. 14 . A method of controlling weeds at a locus comprising application to the locus of a weed controlling amount of a compound of Formula (I) as defined in claim 1 . 15 . Use according to claim 3 , wherein n is 2 or 3. 16 . An agrochemically acceptable salt according to claim 9 , wherein said salt is selected from the group consisting of sodium, potassium, aluminum, dimethylamine, diglycolamine and choline salt. 17 . A herbicidal composition comprising a compound of Formula (I) as defined in an agriculturally acceptable formulation adjuvant. 18 . A method of controlling weeds at a locus comprising application to the locus of a weed controlling amount of a compound of an agrochemically acceptable salt according to claim 8 . 19 . A method of controlling weeds at a locus comprising application to the locus of a weed controlling amount of a compound of a herbicidal composition according to claim 11 .
