The present invention aims to provide a polymer having excellent alkali resistance and anion conductivity, a method of producing the polymer, an electrolyte material containing the polymer, and an anion exchange membrane containing the polymer. The present invention relates to a phosphazene bond-containing polymer containing a phosphorus atom constituting a phosphazene bond, the phosphorus atom including a phosphorus atom to which a nitrogen-containing group is bonded, and a nitrogen atom constituting the phosphazene bond, the nitrogen atom including a nitrogen atom to which a hydrocarbon group is bonded.

1 . A phosphazene bond-containing polymer, comprising: a phosphorus atom constituting a phosphazene bond, the phosphorus atom including a phosphorus atom to which a nitrogen-containing group is bonded; and a nitrogen atom constituting the phosphazene bond, the nitrogen atom including a nitrogen atom to which a hydrocarbon group is bonded. 2 . The phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 1 , comprising: (i) a structural unit (A-1) represented by the following formula (A-1): wherein Y 1 is a hydrocarbon group; X 1 and X 2 are each independently at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, halogen atoms, a hydrocarbon group, a OR 11 group, a C(═O)R 12 group, a SR 13 group, and a nitrogen-containing group, with at least one of X 1 or X 2 being a nitrogen-containing group; the hydrocarbon group, the OR 11 group, the C(═O)R 12 group, the SR 13 group, and the nitrogen-containing group are each optionally a monovalent group, or optionally a divalent group bonded to the hydrocarbon group for Y 1 , bonded to a phosphazene structure different from the phosphazene structure of the structural unit (A-1), or bonded to a structure that is not a phosphazene structure, in the phosphazene bond-containing polymer; X 1 and X 2 are optionally bonded to each other; R 11 , R 12 , and R 13 are each independently a hydrocarbon group; and the phosphorus atom P or nitrogen atom N in the formula is optionally positively charged, or (ii) a structural unit (A-2) represented by the following formula (A-2) and a structural unit (A-3) represented by the following formula (A-3): wherein Y 2 is a hydrocarbon group; X 3 and X 4 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, halogen atoms, a hydrocarbon group, a OR 21 group, a C(═O)R 22 group, and a SR 23 group; the hydrocarbon group, the OR 21 group, the C(═O)R 22 group, and the SR 23 group are each optionally a monovalent group, or optionally a divalent group bonded to the hydrocarbon group for Y 2 , bonded to a phosphazene structure different from the phosphazene structure of the structural unit (A-2), or bonded to a structure that is not a phosphazene structure, in the phosphazene bond-containing polymer; X 3 and X 4 are optionally bonded to each other; R 21 , R 22 , and R 23 are each independently a hydrocarbon group; and the phosphorus atom P or the nitrogen atom N in the formula is optionally positively charged, wherein X 5 and X 6 are each independently at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydroxy group, halogen atoms, a hydrocarbon group, a OR 31 group, a C(═O)R 32 group, a SR 33 group, and a nitrogen-containing group, with at least one of X 5 or X 6 being a nitrogen-containing group; the hydrocarbon group, the OR 31 group, the C(═O)R 32 group, the SR 33 group, and the nitrogen-containing group are each optionally a monovalent group, or optionally a divalent group bonded to a phosphazene structure different from the phosphazene structure of the structural unit (A-3), or bonded to a structure that is not a phosphazene structure, in the phosphazene bond-containing polymer; X 5 and X 6 are optionally bonded to each other; and R 31 , R 32 , and R 33 are each independently a hydrocarbon group. 3 . The phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the phosphazene bond-containing polymer is a cationic polymer. 4 . The phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 3 , further comprising a counter anion. 5 . The phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the nitrogen-containing group is represented by the following formula (B-1): NR b1 n   (B-1) wherein n is 1 or 2; when n is 2, R b1 s are each independently a hydrogen atom or an organic group containing an optionally substituted monovalent or multivalent hydrocarbon group; and when n is 1, R b1 is an organic group containing an optionally substituted multivalent hydrocarbon group. 6 . The phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the phosphazene bond-containing polymer has a cyclic-phosphazene structure. 7 . An electrolyte material comprising the phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 1 . 8 . An anion exchange membrane comprising the phosphazene bond-containing polymer according to claim 1 .
