A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a receiving section that receives a response to a report of a candidate beam for beam failure in a secondary cell, and a control section that, when a reference signal for quasi co-location (QCL) of a specific downlink resource is not applied to uplink transmission associated with the secondary cell and time from the response to the uplink transmission is longer than specific time, applies the candidate beam to the uplink transmission.

1 .- 6 . (canceled) 7 . A terminal comprising: a receiver that receives a response to a report of a candidate beam for beam failure in a secondary cell; and a processor that, when spatial relation information for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission which is associated with the secondary cell is configured and time between the response and the PUCCH transmission is longer than a given time, applies the candidate beam to the PUCCH transmission. 8 . The terminal according to claim 7 , wherein the PUCCH transmission is transmitted on the secondary cell. 9 . A radio communication method for a terminal comprising: receiving a response to a report of a candidate beam for beam failure in a secondary cell; and when spatial relation information for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission which is associated with the secondary cell is configured and time between the response and the PUCCH transmission is longer than a given time, applying the candidate beam to the PUCCH transmission. 10 . A base station comprising: a transmitter that transmits a response to a report of a candidate beam for beam failure in a secondary cell; and a processor that, when spatial relation information for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission which is associated with the secondary cell is configured and time between the response and the PUCCH transmission is longer than a given time, determines that the candidate beam is applied to the PUCCH transmission. 11 . A system comprising a terminal and a base station, wherein the terminal comprises: a receiver that receives a response to a report of a candidate beam for beam failure in a secondary cell; and a processor that, when spatial relation information for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission which is associated with the secondary cell is configured and time between the response and the PUCCH transmission is longer than a given time, applies the candidate beam to the PUCCH transmission, and the base station comprises: a transmitter that transmits the response; and a processor that, when spatial relation information for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission which is associated with the secondary cell is configured and time between the response and the PUCCH transmission is longer than a given time, determines that the candidate beam is applied to the PUCCH transmission.
