What is claimed is: 1 . An electrode comprising: a substrate; an intermediate layer including carbon particles and resin on the support; and a catalyst layer on the intermediate layer, wherein a thickness of the intermediate layer is 70 [μm] or more and 300 [μm] or less. 2 . The electrode according to claim 1 , wherein an average thickness of the intermediate layer relative to an average thickness of the catalyst layer is 50 or more and 250 or less. 3 . The electrode according to claim 1 , wherein a product of an average thickness of the intermediate layer and a porosity of the intermediate layer to an average thickness of the catalyst layer is 20 or more and 200 or less. 4 . The electrode according to claim 1 , wherein the catalyst layer is carrier-less and has porous catalyst units. 5 . The electrode according to claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the catalyst layer is 0.5 [μm] or more and 5 [μm] or less. 6 . The electrode according to claim 4 , wherein an average circumscribed circle diameter of the catalyst units is 50 [nm] or more and 100 [μm] or less. 7 . The electrode according to claim 1 , wherein the electrode generates hydrogen. 8 . A membrane electrolyte assembly comprising: the electrode according to claim 1 . 9 . An electrochemical cell comprising: the membrane electrolyte assembly according to claim 8 . 10 . A stack comprising: the membrane electrolyte assembly according to claim 8 . 11 . A stack comprising: the electrochemical cell according to claim 9 . 12 . An electrolyzer comprising: the stack according to claim 10 . 13 . An electrolyzer comprising: the stack according to claim 11 .
