An electronic device includes an electronic module which provides a function to the electronic device, a display panel comprising a first region, and a second region which is adjacent to the first region and corresponds to the electronic module, and a lower member below the display panel. The lower member includes an adhesive layer including a first adhesive portion which corresponds to the first region of the display panel and has an adhesive strength, and a second adhesive portion which corresponds to the second region of the display panel and has an adhesive strength lower than that of the first adhesive portion, together with a functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion and includes a plurality of fillers which are in a base layer and have an average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers.

What is claimed is: 1 . An electronic device comprising: an electronic module which provides a function to the electronic device; a display panel comprising a first region, and a second region which is adjacent to the first region and corresponds to the electronic module; and a lower member below the display panel, the lower member comprising: an adhesive layer comprising: a first adhesive portion which corresponds to the first region of the display panel and has an adhesive strength, a second adhesive portion which corresponds to the second region of the display panel and has an adhesive strength, and the adhesive strength of the first adhesive portion higher than the adhesive strength of the second adhesive portion, and a functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion, the functional layer comprising a plurality of fillers which are in a base layer and have an average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers. 2 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion and comprises the plurality of fillers which have the average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers defines an electronic module hole corresponding to the second adhesive portion. 3 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the functional layer comprises the plurality of fillers which have the average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers together with having a viscosity of about 10,000 centipoise to about 100,000 centipoise. 4 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion and comprises the plurality of fillers which have the average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers defines a thickness of about 50 micrometers to about 300 micrometers. 5 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein within the functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion and comprises the plurality of fillers which have the average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers, the base layer comprises an organic material. 6 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the lower member is directly below the display panel. 7 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion comprises a supporting layer which supports the display panel, an impact-absorbing layer, a heat-dissipating layer or an electromagnetic shielding layer. 8 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the electronic module is a camera module or a sensor module. 9 . An electronic device comprising: an electronic module which provides a function to the electronic device; a display panel comprising a first region, and a second region which is adjacent to the first region and corresponds to the electronic module; and a lower member directly below the display panel, the lower member consisting of: an adhesive layer directly below the display panel, a functional layer which is directly below the adhesive layer, defines a hole corresponding to the second region of the display panel, and has a viscosity of about 10,000 centipoise to about 100,000 centipoise together with having a plurality of fillers which are in a base layer and have an average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers. 10 . A method for providing an electronic device, the method comprising: providing a display panel comprising a first region, and a second region which is adjacent to the first region and corresponding to an electronic module providing a function to the electronic device; providing, on a lower surface of the display panel, an adhesive layer comprising a first adhesive portion which overlaps the first region and has a first adhesive strength, and a second adhesive portion which overlaps the second region and has a second adhesive strength which is lower than the first adhesive strength of the first adhesive portion; providing, on a lower surface of the adhesive layer, a preliminary functional layer comprising: a first preliminary functional portion overlapping the first region, and a second preliminary functional portion overlapping the second region; and removing the second preliminary functional portion from the lower surface of the adhesive layer to provide the first preliminary functional portion as a functional layer of the electronic device which is directly below the first adhesive portion. 11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the providing of the adhesive layer comprises: providing, on the lower surface of the display panel, a preliminary adhesive layer comprising a first preliminary adhesive portion overlapping the first region and a second preliminary adhesive portion overlapping the second region; and forming the second adhesive portion by weakening the adhesive strength of the second preliminary adhesive portion. 12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the forming of the second adhesive portion comprises irradiating the second preliminary adhesive portion with light. 13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the light comprises ultraviolet light. 14 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the providing of the adhesive layer comprises: providing a first adhesive material, on the lower surface of the display panel which corresponds to the first region thereof, and providing a second adhesive material, on the lower surface of the display panel which corresponds to the second region thereof, wherein the first adhesive material is different from the second adhesive material. 15 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the preliminary functional layer has a viscosity of about 10,000 centipoise to about 100,000 centipoise, together with comprising a plurality of fillers which are in a base layer and have an average diameter of about 10 micrometers to about 70 micrometers. 16 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the providing of the preliminary functional layer comprises a printing process. 17 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the preliminary functional layer comprises a curable resin, and after the providing of the preliminary functional layer on the lower surface of the adhesive layer and before the removing of the second preliminary functional portion from the lower surface of the adhesive layer, the method further comprises curing the preliminary functional layer. 18 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the functional layer which is directly below the first adhesive portion defines an electronic module hole corresponding to the second adhesive portion, the second preliminary functional portion is adjacent to the first preliminary functional portion in a direction along the display panel, a boundary between the first preliminary functional portion and the second preliminary functional portion corresponds to the electronic module hole, and the removing of the second preliminary functional portion from the lower surface of the adhesive layer comprises irradiating the preliminary functional layer at the boundary, with light. 19 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the preliminary functional layer which is on the lower surface of the adhesive layer comprises a central portion corresponding to the display panel and a corner portion which extends further than the display panel, in a direction along the adhesive layer. 20 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising after the providing of the preliminary functional layer, removing the corner
