Official abstract text for this publication.
The information processing apparatus acquires biological information of a passenger who has disembarked from an aircraft. The information processing apparatus acquires flight information corresponding to the acquired biological information from a storage device in which the biological information of the passenger and the flight information of the passenger are stored in association with each other. Then, the information processing apparatus determines, based on the acquired flight information, whether the passenger is a passenger who is to re-board an aircraft after disembarking from the aircraft. The information processing apparatus displays information according to the determination result on display devices.

1 . An information processing apparatus comprising: at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: acquire biological information of a passenger who has disembarked from an aircraft; acquire flight information corresponding to the acquired biological information from a storage device in which the biological information of the passenger and the flight information of the passenger are stored in association with each other in advance; determine whether the passenger is a passenger who is to re-board an aircraft after disembarking from the aircraft based on an acquired flight information of the passenger and whether an airport where the biological information is acquired is a transit point or not; and display information corresponding to a determination result on a display device. 2 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , the biological information includes a face image data of the passenger captured when the passenger looks at the display device. 3 . The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising further at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: acquire a re-boarding time from disembarkation to re-boarding based on the flight information if the passenger is a re-boarding passenger, and determine an activity to perform before re-boarding, which is to be suggested to the passenger, and generate an information on the activity, including a current location of the passenger, a meeting place of the acquired activity, a location of re-boarding, a time required when walking at a general speed, and a route map. 4 . An information processing method comprising: acquiring biological information of a passenger who has disembarked from an aircraft; acquiring flight information corresponding to the acquired biological information from a storage device in which the biological information of the passenger and the flight information of the passenger are stored in association with each other; determining whether the passenger is a passenger who is to re-board an aircraft after disembarking from the aircraft based on an acquired flight information of the passenger and whether an airport where the biological information is acquired is a transit point or not; and displaying information corresponding to a determination result on a display device. 5 . The information processing method according to claim 4 , the biological information includes a face image data of the passenger captured when the passenger looks at the display device. 6 . The information processing method according to claim 4 , further comprising acquiring a re-boarding time from disembarkation to re-boarding based on the flight information if the passenger is a re-boarding passenger, and determining an activity to perform before re-boarding, which is to be suggested to the passenger, and generating an information on the activity, where the information on the activity includes a current location of the passenger, a meeting place of the acquired activity, a location of re-boarding, a time required when walking at a general speed, and a route map. 7 . A non-transitory computer readable recording medium including a program recorded thereon, the program including instructions that cause a computer to carry out: acquiring biological information of a passenger who has disembarked from an aircraft; acquiring flight information corresponding to the acquired biological information from a storage device in which the biological information of the passenger and the flight information of the passenger are stored in association with each other; determining whether the passenger is a passenger who is to re-board an aircraft after disembarking from the aircraft based on an acquired flight information of the passenger and whether an airport where the biological information is acquired is a transit point or not; and displaying information corresponding to a determination result on a display device. 8 . The non-transitory computer readable recording medium according to claim 7 , the biological information includes a face image data of the passenger captured when the passenger looks at the display device. 9 . The non-transitory computer readable recording medium according to claim 7 , acquiring a re-boarding time from disembarkation to re-boarding based on the flight information if the passenger is a re-boarding passenger, and determining an activity to perform before re-boarding, which is to be suggested to the passenger, and generating an information on the activity, where the information on the activity includes a current location of the passenger, a meeting place of the acquired activity, a location of re-boarding, a time required when walking at a general speed, and a route map.
