I/We claim: 1 . An apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to control: receiving scheduling information for uplink transmission; performing at least one scheduled uplink transmission according to the scheduling information; controlling content of a power headroom report in dependence upon detection of a reflection of the scheduled uplink transmission; and transmitting the power headroom report having content controlled in dependence upon detection of the reflection of the scheduled uplink transmission. 2 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 further comprising: one or more first antennas; and at least a second antenna different to the one or more first antennas, wherein the apparatus is configured to: perform the uplink transmission according to the scheduling information from the one or more first antennas; detect at the second antenna reflection of the uplink transmission, transmitted according to the scheduling information; and update the power headroom report in dependence upon detecting reflection of the uplink transmission. 3 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power headroom report is configured to indicate an absence of a maximum permissible exposure event trigger in response to determination that no reflected version of the scheduled and transmitted uplink transmission is detected and is configured to indicate an M maximum permissible exposure event trigger in response to determination that a reflected version of the scheduled and transmitted uplink transmission is detected. 4 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the apparatus is configured to perform at least one uplink transmission according to the scheduling information at a maximum transmit power and is configured to transmit a power headroom report with 0 dB power headroom and no maximum permissible exposure event trigger in response to determination that no reflected version of the scheduled and transmitted uplink transmission is detected at the apparatus and is configured to transmit a power headroom report with a maximum permissible exposure event trigger in response to determination that a reflected version of the scheduled and transmitted uplink transmission is detected at the apparatus. 5 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the apparatus is configured to detect reflection of the uplink transmission within a time-limited window positioned at a time dependent upon a transmission time of the uplink transmission. 6 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 configured to: determine an expected received signal at a second antenna in dependence upon the uplink transmission, according to the scheduling information, in absence of proximal reflection; determine an actual received signal at the second antenna in dependence upon the uplink transmission, according to the scheduling information; and compare the expected signal and the received signal to generate a trigger. 7 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 6 wherein the comparison of the expected signal and the received signal is dependent upon amplitude difference between the expected signal and the received signal and is dependent upon phase difference between the expected signal and the received signal. 8 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 6 configured to compare the expected signal and the received signal in the time domain. 9 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 6 configured to determine an expected signal at the second antenna in dependence upon the uplink transmission, according to the scheduling information, in absence of proximal reflection by applying a predetermined transfer function to the uplink transmission. 10 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 9 configured to measure the transfer function during a calibration process. 11 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the transmitted power headroom report is configured to indicate a maximum permissible exposure event trigger when, at a transmission time of the scheduled and transmitted uplink transmission, there is a proximal object present; configured not to indicate a maximum permissible exposure event trigger when, at the transmission time of the scheduled and transmitted uplink transmission, there is no proximal object present. 12 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 wherein the apparatus is configured to reduce direct radio path transmission-reception between one or more first antennas used to perform the at least one uplink transmission according to the scheduling information and one or more second antennas, different to the one or more first antennas, used to perform detection of a reflection of the uplink transmission. 13 . An apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , configured as user equipment, wherein a power headroom report comprises, after detection of a reflection of the uplink transmission, a maximum permissible exposure indicator indicating that the configured power headroom report is a maximum permissible exposure Power Management Maximum Power Reduction (P-MPR) report and comprising an indication of a power backoff applied by the user equipment to meet maximum permissible exposure requirements. 14 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising program instructions stored thereon for performing at least the following: storing scheduling information for uplink transmission; performing at least one scheduled uplink transmission according to the scheduling information; controlling content of a power headroom report in dependence upon detection of a reflection of the scheduled uplink transmission; and updating of the power headroom report having content controlled in dependence upon detection of the reflection of the scheduled uplink transmission. 15 . A method comprising: receiving scheduling information for uplink transmission; performing at least one scheduled uplink transmission according to the scheduling information; controlling content of a power headroom report in dependence upon detection of a reflection of the scheduled uplink transmission; and. updating the power headroom report having content controlled in dependence upon detection of the reflection of the scheduled uplink transmission. 16 .
