An electrical device body connectable to a battery pack, includes a drive part, and a terminal part. The terminal part having a positive input terminal electrically connected to the drive part, a negative input terminal electrically connected to the drive part, and a short circuit element having a first terminal part, a second terminal part, and a connection part connecting the first terminal part and the second terminal part, wherein the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal are disposed on an upper side of the terminal part and the short circuit element is disposed on a lower side of the terminal part in an upper-lower direction, the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal being apart from each other in a left-right direction crossing the upper-lower direction.

What is claimed is: 1 . An electrical device body connectable to a battery pack, comprising: a drive part; and a terminal part having: a positive input terminal electrically connected to the drive part; a negative input terminal electrically connected to the drive part; and a short circuit element having a first terminal part, a second terminal part, and a connection part connecting the first terminal part and the second terminal part, wherein the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal are disposed on an upper side of the terminal part and the short circuit element is disposed on a lower side of the terminal part in an upper-lower direction, the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal being apart from each other in a left-right direction crossing the upper-lower direction. 2 . The electrical device body according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal part has a plurality of resin parts including a first resin part and a second resin part, and wherein, in the upper-lower direction, the first resin part is disposed between the positive input terminal and the first terminal part, and the second resin part is disposed between the negative input terminal and the second terminal part. 3 . The electrical device body according to claim 1 , wherein, when the electrical device body is connected to the battery pack, the positive input terminal and the first terminal part are inserted into a first slot formed on the battery pack and the negative input terminal and the second terminal part are inserted into a second slot formed on the battery pack, the first slot and the second slot being apart from each other in the left-right direction. 4 . A battery pack connectable to the electrical device body according to claim 1 , comprising: a plurality of cell units, including a first cell unit and a second cell unit; a housing, housing the plurality of cell units, and having a mounting portion configured to be connected to the electrical device body forward in a front-rear direction; a plurality of slot parts, formed on the mounting portion, and having a first slot in which the positive input terminal and the first terminal part are inserted and a second slot in which the negative input terminal and the second terminal part are inserted; a plurality of power terminals, configured to be capable of supplying power to the electrical device body, the plurality of power terminals comprising: a positive electrode terminal, connected to the positive input terminal when the battery pack is connected to the electrical device body; and a negative electrode terminal, connected to the negative input terminal when the battery pack is connected to the electrical device body, and disposed apart from the positive electrode terminal in the left-right direction; and a switching terminal group, configured to be capable of switching a connection state of the plurality of cell units, wherein the switching terminal group includes a first switching terminal connected to the first terminal part, and a second switching terminal connected to the second terminal part, when the battery pack is connected to the electrical device body. 5 . The battery pack according to claim 4 , wherein the first switching terminal and the positive electrode terminal are adjacently and separately disposed in the upper-lower direction in the first slot, and the second switching terminal and the negative electrode terminal are adjacently and separately disposed in the upper-lower direction in the second slot, and the second slot is disposed apart from the first slot in the left-right direction. 6 . An electrical device, comprising a battery pack and a high voltage electrical device body as the electrical device body according to claim 1 , wherein the battery pack comprises: a plurality of cell units, including a first cell unit and a second cell unit; and a switching terminal group, configured to be capable of switching a connection state of the plurality of cell units, and including a first switching terminal and a second switching terminal, wherein, when the battery pack is connected to the high voltage electrical device body, the first and second switching terminals are connected to the short circuit element, such that the first and second cell units are connected to each other in series, and when the battery pack is disconnected from the high voltage electrical device body, the first and second switching terminals are disconnected from the short circuit element, such that the first and second cell units are disconnected from each other. 7 . A battery pack, comprising: a plurality of cell units, including a first cell unit and a second cell unit; a housing, housing the plurality of cell units and having a mounting portion to mount the battery pack on an electrical device body forward in a front-rear direction, the housing comprising a plurality of slot parts; and a plurality of power terminals, configured to be capable of supplying power to the electrical device body, the plurality of power terminals comprising: a positive electrode terminal, connected to a positive electrode of the first cell unit; and a negative electrode terminal, connected to a negative electrode of the second cell unit, and disposed apart from the positive electrode terminal in a left-right direction; and a switching terminal group, configured to be capable of switching a connection state of the plurality of cell units, and connected to a positive electrode or a negative electrode of each cell unit that constitutes the plurality of cell units, wherein the switching terminal group includes a first switching terminal connected to a positive electrode of a cell unit other than the first cell unit, and a second switching terminal connected to a negative electrode of a cell unit other than the second cell unit, and wherein the first switching terminal and the positive electrode terminal are adjacently and separately disposed in an upper-lower direction in a first slot that constitutes the plurality of slot parts, and the second switching terminal and the negative electrode terminal are adjacently and separately disposed in an upper-lower direction in a second slot that constitutes the plurality of slot parts, and the second slot is disposed apart from the first slot in the left-right direction. 8 . An electrical device, comprising the battery pack according to claim 7 and a high voltage electrical device body connectable to the battery pack, wherein the high voltage electrical device body comprises a short circuit element connecting the plurality of cell units to each other in series, wherein, when the battery pack is connected to the high voltage electrical device body, the first and second switching terminals are connected to the short circuit element, such that the first and second cell units are connected to each other in series, and when the battery pack is disconnected from the high voltage electrical device body, the first and second switching terminals are disconnected from the short circuit element, such that the first and second cell units are disconnected from each other. 9 . The electrical device according to claim 8 , wherein the high voltage electrical device body comprising: a drive part; and a terminal part having: a positive input terminal electrically connected to the drive part, a negative input terminal electrically connected to the drive part, and the short circuit element having a first terminal part, a second terminal part, and a connection part connecting the first terminal part and the second terminal part, wherein the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal are disposed on an upper side of
