A terminal unit of a novel structure is disclosed which can increase a contact area between a contact point portion of a male terminal and a contact point portion of a female terminal while suppressing manufacturing cost. A terminal unit is provided with a male terminal and a female terminal. The male terminal includes a male-side curved contact point portion formed using a flat plate fitting and formed by bending the flat plate fitting in a plate thickness direction. The female terminal includes a tubular insertion portion, into which the male terminal is inserted, and female-side curved contact point portions provided in the insertion portion and configured to contact the male-side curved contact point portion. The male-side curved contact point portion and the female-side curved contact point portions, extend in an inserting direction of the male terminal into the insertion portion of the female terminal.
