What is claimed is: 1 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article used with an electrical heating type device comprising an inductor for electromagnetic induction heating, the non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article comprising: a flavor-generating segment that includes a flavor-generating-segment filler containing an aerosol-source material and a plate-shaped susceptor for electromagnetic induction heating of the flavor-generating-segment filler; a mouthpiece segment for inhaling a flavor component, the mouthpiece segment including a cooling segment and a filter segment positioned downstream from the cooling segment; and a lining sheet including a first sheet material that at least wraps a portion of the flavor-generating segment and a portion of the cooling segment and a second sheet material that is disposed outside the first sheet material and that at least wraps the entire filter segment and a portion of the cooling segment. 2 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the first sheet material has water resistance or liquid impermeability. 3 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the second sheet material at least wraps a portion of the flavor-generating segment and the entire mouthpiece segment. 4 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the second sheet material has a thickness of 30 μm to 60 μm. 5 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the second sheet material has a basis weight of 30 gsm to 60 gsm. 6 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the second sheet material has an air permeability of 0 Coresta unit to 30 Coresta units. 7 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the second sheet material has a smoothness of 200 seconds to 1,500 seconds. 8 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein a lip release agent is applied to the second sheet material. 9 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the lining sheet is fixed to the flavor-generating segment and to the mouthpiece segment via a vinyl acetate emulsion or a starch glue applied to an entirety or a portion of one surface of the lining sheet. 10 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 , wherein the first sheet material and the second sheet material each include a wrap portion that is wrapped in an overlapping manner, and wherein each of the wrap portions has a length of 1 mm to 3 mm. 11 . The non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 10 , wherein a perforation extending through the first sheet material and the second sheet material is formed. 12 . A non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation product comprising: the non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article according to claim 1 ; and an electrical heating type device, wherein the electrical heating type device includes an inductor for electromagnetic induction heating, a power source that supplies operation power to the inductor, a control unit for controlling the inductor, and a heating chamber into which the non-combustion-heating-type flavor inhalation article can be inserted via an insertion slot.
