A parameter configuration method is performed by a terminal, and includes: determining a preconfigured positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration parameter set, wherein the PRS configuration parameter set includes at least one set of PRS configuration parameters; and determining a set of PRS configuration parameters for receiving a PRS based on the PRS configuration parameter set.

A parameter configuration method, applied to performed by a terminal, comprising: determining a preconfigured positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration parameter set, wherein the PRS configuration parameter set comprises at least one set of PRS configuration parameters; and determining a set of PRS configuration parameters for receiving a PRS based on the PRS configuration parameter set. 2 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information is configured to instruct the terminal to preconfigure the PRS configuration parameter set. 3 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: receiving second indication information, wherein the second indication message information is configured to instruct the terminal to determine the set of PRS configuration parameters based on the PRS configuration parameter set. 4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein the second indication information at least comprises one of: a first indicator, configured to instruct the terminal to activate the set of PRS configuration parameters; or a second indicator, configured to instruct the terminal to receive the PRS. 6 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: performing measurement on the PRS based on the set of PRS configuration parameters, and sending a PRS measurement result to at least one of a wireless network device or a location management function (LMF). 9 . A parameter configuration method, performed by a core network device, comprising: determining a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration parameter set preconfigured for a terminal. 10 . The method according to claim 9 , further comprising: sending first indication information, wherein the first indication information is configured to instruct the terminal to preconfigure the PRS configuration parameter set. 11 . The method according to claim 9 , further comprising: sending second indication information, wherein the second indication information is configured to instruct the terminal to determine a set of PRS configuration parameters based on the PRS configuration parameter set. 12 . The method according to claim 11 , wherein the second indication information at least comprises one of: a first indicator, configured to instruct the terminal to activate the set of PRS configuration parameters; or a second indicator, configured to instruct the terminal to receive the PRS. 14 . The method according to claim 10 , wherein sending the first indication information comprises: sending the first indication information through a long term evolution (LTE) positioning protocol (LPP) message. 15 . The method according to claim 9 , further comprising: sending third indication information, wherein the third indication information is configured to instruct a wireless network device to determine a set of PRS configuration parameters based on the PRS configuration parameter set. 19 . The method according to claim 18 , wherein the third indication information is further configured to instruct the wireless network device to send a PRS based on the set of PRS configuration parameters. 20 . The method according to claim 9 , further comprising: receiving a PRS measurement result sent by at least one of the terminal or a wireless network device. 21 . A parameter configuration method, performed by a wireless network device, comprising: determining first indication information, wherein the first indication information is configured to instruct a terminal to preconfigure a PRS configuration parameter set; and sending the first indication information. 22 . The method according to claim 21 , further comprising: determining second indication information, wherein the second indication information is configured to instruct the terminal to determine a set of PRS configuration parameters based on the PRS configuration parameter set; and sending the second indication information. 23 . The method according to claim 21 , further comprising: receiving third indication information, and determining the preconfigured PRS configuration parameter set based on the third indication information. 24 . The method according to claim 21 , further comprising: receiving fourth indication information, wherein the fourth indication information is configured to instruct to determine a set of PRS configuration parameters based on the PRS configuration parameter set. 26 .
