1 . A valve structure for a power storage device, comprising: a passage configured to communicate an interior of a container housing a power storage device element with an exterior of the container; and a check valve disposed to block the passage, and configured to open when an internal pressure of the container increases due to gas produced inside the container and pass the gas from an internal side of the container to an external side, wherein the check valve includes a valve seat and a valve body, and the valve structure comprises a liquid disposed to come in contact with the valve seat and the valve body. 2 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid has a melting point not higher than 10° C. 3 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid has a boiling point not less than 150° C. 4 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid includes liquid paraffin. 5 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid has a viscosity in a range of 0.1 mPa·s to 2000 mPa·s. 6 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 , wherein the passage includes an outlet facing an external space, and the valve structure comprises a sealing member attached to close the outlet. 7 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 , comprising: a lid disposed at least on one of a primary side and a secondary side of the check valve and configured to permeate the gas. 8 . A power storage device comprising: the valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 1 ; and the container to which the valve structure for a power storage device is attached. 9 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 2 , wherein the liquid has a boiling point not less than 150° C. 10 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 2 , wherein the liquid includes liquid paraffin. 11 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 3 , wherein the liquid includes liquid paraffin. 12 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 2 , wherein the liquid has a viscosity in a range of 0.1 mPa·s to 2000 mPa·s. 13 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 3 , wherein the liquid has a viscosity in a range of 0.1 mPa·s to 2000 mPa·s. 14 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 4 , wherein the liquid has a viscosity in a range of 0.1 mPa·s to 2000 mPa·s. 15 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 2 , wherein the passage includes an outlet facing an external space, and the valve structure comprises a sealing member attached to close the outlet. 16 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 3 , wherein the passage includes an outlet facing an external space, and the valve structure comprises a sealing member attached to close the outlet. 17 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 4 , wherein the passage includes an outlet facing an external space, and the valve structure comprises a sealing member attached to close the outlet. 18 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 5 , wherein the passage includes an outlet facing an external space, and the valve structure comprises a sealing member attached to close the outlet. 19 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 2 , comprising: a lid disposed at least on one of a primary side and a secondary side of the check valve and configured to permeate the gas. 20 . The valve structure for a power storage device according to claim 3 , comprising: a lid disposed at least on one of a primary side and a secondary side of the check valve and configured to permeate the gas.
