An antibody against spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 is provided, the antibody having a specific heavy chain variable region and a specific light chain variable region, or a fragment of the antibody, the antibody or fragment thereof inhibiting the binding between the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 and ACE2, the antibody or fragment thereof inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 infection; and a pharmaceutical composition including the antibody or fragment thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, the pharmaceutical composition including two or more kinds of the antibody or fragment thereof.

1 . An antibody against spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, or a fragment of the antibody, the antibody or fragment thereof comprising a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region described in any one of the following items (1) to (26): (1) a heavy chain variable region in which complementarity-determining regions (CDR) 1, CDR2, and CDR3 determined according to a Kabat numbering system include amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, and SEQ ID NO:3, respectively, and a light chain variable region in which CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 determined according to the Kabat numbering system include amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:5, and SEQ ID NO:6, respectively; (2) a heavy chain variable region in which CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 determined according to the Kabat numbering system include amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:7, SEQ ID NO:8, and SEQ ID NO:9, respectively, and a light chain variable region in which CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 determined according to the Kabat numbering system include amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:10, SEQ ID NO:11, and SEQ ID NO:12, respectively; (3) a heavy chain variable region in which CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 determined according to the Kabat numbering system include amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:13, SEQ ID NO:14, and SEQ ID NO:15, respectively, and a light chain variable region in which CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 determined according to the Kabat numbering system include amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO:16, SEQ ID NO:17, and SEQ ID NO:18, respectively;
