A transparent braces design method and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. A transparent braces design method and an apparatus therefor, according to one embodiment, predict the influence of adjacent teeth, which can occur when teeth move, when predicting, before treatment, the result of orthodontic treatment using transparent braces, and apply the prediction to a treatment plan, and thus can improve treatment efficiency.

1 . A transparent braces design method performed by a transparent braces design apparatus, the method comprising: obtaining clinical data of a patient for a digital orthodontic treatment; analyzing the clinical data to diagnose a dental condition: establishing a treatment plan for tooth movement according to a result of diagnosing the dental condition; predicting a treatment result by performing a simulation according to the treatment plan, the treatment result including an effect of adjacent teeth on a tooth to be moved within transparent braces to be manufactured; and modifying the treatment plan in response to the predicted effect of adjacent teeth. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the establishing of the treatment plan comprises: generating a tooth model of the patient; generating a setup model in which the tooth model is moved to a target position according to a tooth movement plan; and generating a braces model for moving the tooth model to the setup model. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the predicting of the treatment result comprises: quantifying a difference between the tooth and the transparent braces when the tooth of the patient overlaps the transparent braces to be worn; providing a color map for representing the quantified difference in a form of identifiable visual information; and predicting an effect of movement of adjacent teeth on the tooth, which is to be moved, using information of the color map. 4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the quantifying of the difference between the tooth and the transparent braces comprises quantifying a difference between a tooth model and a braces model for each tooth when the tooth model overlaps the braces model. 5 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the quantifying of the difference between the tooth and the transparent braces comprises quantifying the difference by measuring a horizontal length of an exposed portion of the tooth or the transparent braces, when the tooth is exposed inside or outside the transparent braces when the tooth overlaps the transparent braces to be worn. 6 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the quantifying of the difference between the tooth and the transparent braces comprises: overlapping the tooth with the transparent braces; generating a difference region between the tooth and the transparent braces when the tooth overlaps the transparent braces; and quantifying a size of the difference region between the tooth and the transparent braces. 7 . The method of claim 3 , wherein, when the quantified difference is a positive (+) value, it is determined that a force is applied to the tooth by the transparent braces, and the force applied to the tooth by the transparent braces increases as the quantified difference increases. 8 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the providing of the color map comprises: classifying the quantified difference as a preset reference range in advance on the basis of a maximum tooth movement range for each orthodontic stage; identifying a reference range within which a new value falls when the new value is obtained in a state in which classified reference ranges are set to be matched with visual information; and displaying visual information corresponding to the identified reference range. 9 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the predicting of the effect of the movement of adjacent teeth comprises predicting, based on the color map, that a collision is likely to occur between teeth during orthodontic treatment when certain visual information is displayed between two adjacent teeth to be moved. 10 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the predicting of the effect of the movement of adjacent teeth comprises predicting, based on the color map, that a position of a normal tooth is likely to change during orthodontic treatment when certain visual information is displayed on the normal tooth and an adjacent tooth, which is to be moved, within a preset distance from the normal tooth. 11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the predicting of the treatment result comprises predicting an effect of adjacent teeth for each orthodontic stage from an initial state of the tooth of the patient to a final setup state in which the orthodontic treatment is completed. 12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the modifying of the treatment plan comprises: suggesting a direction of treatment by providing information for automatically or manually modifying a part of the treatment plan that is predicted to result in a problem according to the prediction of the treatment result; and establishing a final treatment plan in response to the suggested direction of treatment. 13 . A transparent braces design apparatus comprising: a data obtainer configured to obtain clinical data of a patient for a digital orthodontic purpose; a controller configured to analyze the clinical data to diagnose a dental condition, establish a treatment plan according to the dental condition, predict a treatment result by performing a simulation according to the treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan in response to an effect of adjacent teeth on a tooth to be moved within transparent braces to be manufactured, the treatment result including the effect of the adjacent teeth; and an output device configured to display a screen according to operation of the controller. 14 . The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the controller is further configured to: quantify a difference between the tooth and the transparent braces when the tooth of the patient overlaps the transparent braces to be worn; construct a color map for representing the quantified difference in a form of identifiable visual information; and predict an effect of movement of adjacent teeth on the tooth, which is to be moved, using information of the color map.
