What is claimed is: 1 . A negative electrode for a secondary battery satisfying the following Relation 1: ( V 1 −V 2 )/ V 1 *100≥45% [Relation 1] wherein V 1 is a volume fraction (vol %) of silicon-based active material particles having a gray scale value of 30,000 or more in an XRM measurement on a negative electrode in a fully discharged state after formation, and V 2 is a volume fraction (vol %) of silicon-based active material particles having a gray scale value of 30,000 or more in an XRM measurement on a negative electrode in a fully charged state after 500 cycles of charging and discharging. 2 . The negative electrode for a secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the silicon-based active material includes one of Si, SiO x (0<x≤2), a Si-containing alloy, and a Si/C composite, or a combination thereof. 3 . The negative electrode for a secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the negative electrode further includes a carbon-based active material. 4 . The negative electrode for a secondary battery of claim 3 , wherein the carbon-based active material includes crystalline carbon. 5 . The negative electrode for a secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the negative electrode includes an acryl-based binder. 6 . The negative electrode for a secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the negative electrode includes a carbon nanotube conductive material, and the conductive material is included at less than 5 wt % with respect to a total weight of a negative electrode active material layer. 7 . The negative electrode for a secondary battery of claim 6 , wherein the conductive material includes single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT). 8 . A secondary battery comprising the negative electrode of claim 1 .
