1 . A carbon-coated lithium oxide, being a lithium oxide coated with carbon, wherein said carbon contains co-continuous fibrous carbon having a three-dimensional network structure in which carbon is branched. 2 . The carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 1 , wherein said co-continuous fibrous carbon has a fiber diameter from 10 nm to 200 nm, a fiber length from 300 nm to 2 μm, and a secondary particle size from 1 μm to 50 μm. 3 . A method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide, the method comprising: a pulverization step of pulverizing co-continuous fibrous carbon having a three-dimensional network structure in which carbon is branched; and a mixing step of mixing said pulverized co-continuous fibrous carbon and a lithium oxide. 4 . The method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 3 , wherein in said pulverization step a planetary ball mill is used, and a revolution speed of said planetary ball mill lies in the range from 100 rpm to 500 rpm. 5 . The method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 3 , wherein said mixing step includes: a first step of obtaining a mixture by mixing said pulverized co-continuous fibrous carbon, said lithium oxide, and an organic solvent; and a second step of removing the solvent in said mixture, to obtain a lithium oxide coated with carbon. 6 . The method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 3 , wherein said pulverization step and said mixing step are carried out in an inert gas. 7 . The method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 4 , wherein said mixing step includes: a first step of obtaining a mixture by mixing said pulverized co-continuous fibrous carbon, said lithium oxide, and an organic solvent; and a second step of removing the solvent in said mixture, to obtain a lithium oxide coated with carbon. 8 . The method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 4 , wherein said pulverization step and said mixing step are carried out in an inert gas. 9 . The method for producing a carbon-coated lithium oxide of claim 5 , wherein said pulverization step and said mixing step are carried out in an inert gas.
