Official abstract text for this publication.
A urine analysis system according to an embodiment includes: a testing apparatus that measures particles included in a urine sample according to a flow cytometry method; an image capturing apparatus that captures images of particles in the urine sample to acquire particle images; and a management apparatus that receives a measurement result obtained by the testing apparatus and the particle images acquired by the image capturing apparatus. The management apparatus generates an order to capture an image of the urine sample based on the measurement result obtained by the testing apparatus. The image capturing apparatus executes the image capturing processing of the particles in the urine sample for which the image capturing order has been generated by the management apparatus, and transmits the acquired particle images to the management apparatus.

1 - 40 . (canceled) 41 . A urine analysis method comprising: analyzing urine particles in a urine sample by a urine analyzer; transporting the urine sample to an imaging apparatus; capturing images of the urine sample by the imaging apparatus; displaying an analysis result of the urine sample obtained by the urine analyzer and the captured images of the urine sample captured by the imaging apparatus by a computer connected to the urine analyzer and the imaging apparatus. 42 . The method of claim 41 , further comprising segmenting the captured image to obtain a plurality of segmented images each including single urine particle. 43 . The method of claim 42 , further comprising displaying the segmented images and the captured images in a single screen. 44 . The method of claim 43 , wherein the segmented images are categorized into a plurality of groups. 45 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the analysis result includes amounts or numbers of urine particles. 46 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the analysis result includes a scattergram of urine particles. 47 . The method of claim 41 , further comprising receiving an input to change an analysis value of the analysis result while displaying the captured image. 48 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the capturing images of the urine sample by the imaging apparatus comprises: capturing images under a first mode when the analysis result does not meet a predetermined condition; and capturing images under a second mode when the analysis result meets the condition. 49 . The method of claim 48 , wherein in the second mode, a greater number of images are captured compared to the first mode. 50 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the urine analyzer is configured to analyze by a flow cytometry. 51 . A computer-implemented method comprising: controlling the urine analyzer to analyze urine particles in a urine sample; controlling a transport device to transport the urine sample to an imaging apparatus; controlling the imaging apparatus to capture images of the urine sample; displaying an analysis result of the urine sample obtained by the urine analyzer and the captured images of the urine sample captured by the imaging apparatus. 52 . The method of claim 51 , further comprising segmenting the captured image to obtain a plurality of segmented images each including single urine particle. 53 . The method of claim 52 , further comprising displaying the segmented images and the captured images in a single screen. 54 . The method of claim 53 , wherein the segmented images are categorized into a plurality of groups. 55 . The method of claim 51 , wherein the analysis result includes amounts or numbers of urine particles. 56 . The method of claim 51 , wherein the analysis result includes a scattergram of urine particles. 57 . The method of claim 51 , further comprising receiving an input to change an analysis value of the analysis result while displaying the captured image. 58 . The method of claim 51 , wherein the capturing images of the urine sample by the imaging apparatus comprises: capturing images under a first mode when the analysis result does not meet a predetermined condition; and capturing images under a second mode when the analysis result meets the condition. 59 . The method of claim 48 , wherein in the second mode, a greater number of images are captured compared to the first mode. 60 . The method of claim 41 , wherein the urine analyzer is configured to analyze by a flow cytometry.
