A power supply modulator includes: a first switching element in which a first voltage is applied to the first terminal and the second terminal is connected to an output terminal; a second switching element in which the third terminal is connected to the output terminal and the second terminal, and a second voltage is applied to the fourth terminal; a first driver circuit in which the first voltage is applied to the fifth terminal and the sixth terminal is grounded, to control opening and closing of the first switching element by a change in a resistance value between the fifth and sixth terminals; and a second driver circuit in which the seventh terminal is grounded and the second voltage is applied to the eighth terminal, to control opening and closing of the second switching element by a change in a resistance value between the seventh and eighth terminals.

1 . A power supply modulator comprising: a first switching element having a first terminal and a second terminal, a first voltage being applied to the first terminal and the second terminal being connected to an output terminal; a second switching element having a third terminal and a fourth terminal, the third terminal being connected to each of the following terminals: the output terminal and the second terminal, and a second voltage lower than the first voltage being applied to the fourth terminal; a first driver circuit having a fifth terminal and a sixth terminal, the first voltage being applied to the fifth terminal and the sixth terminal being grounded, to control opening and closing of the first switching element by means of a change in a value of resistance between the fifth terminal and the sixth terminal, the change depending on a signal level of a pulse width modulation signal; and a second driver circuit having a seventh terminal and an eighth terminal, the seventh terminal being grounded and the second voltage being applied to the eighth terminal, to control opening and closing of the second switching element by means of a change in a value of resistance between the seventh terminal and the eighth terminal, the change depending on a signal level of an inverted signal of the pulse width modulation signal, wherein the first switching element is a first transistor, the first terminal is a drain terminal of the first transistor, and the second terminal is a source terminal of the first transistor; the second switching element is a second transistor, the third terminal is a drain terminal of the second transistor, and the fourth terminal is a source terminal of the second transistor; the first driver circuit is a third transistor, the pulse width modulation signal is applied to a gate terminal of the third transistor, the fifth terminal is a drain terminal of the third transistor, and the drain terminal of the third transistor is connected to a gate terminal of the first transistor, and the sixth terminal is a source terminal of the third transistor; and the second driver circuit is a fourth transistor, the inverted signal of the pulse width modulation signal is applied to a gate terminal of the fourth transistor, the seventh terminal is a source terminal of the fourth transistor, and the eighth terminal is a drain terminal of the fourth transistor, and the drain terminal of the fourth transistor is connected to a gate terminal of the second transistor, and wherein the power supply modulator further comprises: a first resistor of which a first end is connected to each of the following terminals: the gate terminal of the first transistor and the drain terminal of the third transistor; a diode in which a cathode terminal is connected to a second end of the first resistor, and a third voltage is applied to an anode terminal; a capacitor of which a first end is connected to each of following parts: the second end of the first resistor and the cathode terminal of the diode, and of which a second end is connected to the source terminal of the first transistor; and a second resistor of which a first end is connected to each of the following terminals: the gate terminal of the second transistor and the drain terminal of the fourth transistor, and of which a second end is connected to the source terminal of the second transistor. 2 . A power supply modulator comprising: a first switching element having a first terminal and a second terminal, a first voltage being applied to the first terminal and the second terminal being connected to an output terminal; a second switching element having a third terminal and a fourth terminal, the third terminal being connected to each of the following terminals: the output terminal and the second terminal, and a second voltage lower than the first voltage being applied to the fourth terminal; a first driver circuit having a fifth terminal and a sixth terminal, the first voltage being applied to the fifth terminal and the sixth terminal being grounded, to control opening and closing of the first switching element by means of a change in a value of resistance between the fifth terminal and the sixth terminal, the change depending on a signal level of a pulse width modulation signal; and a second driver circuit having a seventh terminal and an eighth terminal, the seventh terminal being grounded and the second voltage being applied to the eighth terminal, to control opening and closing of the second switching element by means of a change in a value of resistance between the seventh terminal and the eighth terminal, the change depending on a signal level of an inverted signal of the pulse width modulation signal, wherein the first switching element is a first transistor, the first terminal is a drain terminal of the first transistor, and the second terminal is a source terminal of the first transistor; the second switching element is a second transistor, the third terminal is a drain terminal of the second transistor, and the fourth terminal is a source terminal of the second transistor; the first driver circuit is a third transistor, the pulse width modulation signal is applied to a gate terminal of the third transistor, the fifth terminal is a drain terminal of the third transistor, and the sixth terminal is a source terminal of the third transistor; and the second driver circuit is a fourth transistor, the inverted signal of the pulse width modulation signal is applied to a gate terminal of the fourth transistor, the seventh terminal is a source terminal of the fourth transistor, and the eighth terminal is a drain terminal of the fourth transistor, and the drain terminal of the fourth transistor is connected to a gate terminal of the second transistor, and wherein the power supply modulator further comprises: a first resistor of which a first end is connected to the drain terminal of the third transistor, and of which a second end is connected to a gate terminal of the first transistor; a fifth transistor in which a source terminal is connected to each of following parts: the second end of the first resistor and the gate terminal of the first transistor, a drain terminal is connected to the source terminal of the first transistor, and a gate terminal is connected to the first end of the first resistor; a second resistor of which a first end is connected to each of the following terminals: the gate terminal of the second transistor and the drain terminal of the fourth transistor; and a sixth transistor in which a source terminal is connected to a second end of the second resistor, a drain terminal is connected to the source terminal of the second transistor, and a gate terminal is connected to the first end of the second resistor. 3 .
