Provided are a method and apparatus for establishing a data transmission link, and a computer-readable storage medium. By means of establishing a protocol data unit (PDU) session, a PDU session ID and a quality of service flow ID in the PDU session are encapsulated in an ID of a generic routing encapsulation (GRE) tunnel by means of GRE, and a connection between a 5G residential gateway (5G-RG) and a wireline access gateway function (W-AGF) is established through a GRE tunnel such that the GRE tunnel connection established between the 5G-RG and the W-AGF is in one-to-one correspondence with the quality of service flow of the PDU session, and user plane point-to-point connection between the 5G-RG and the W-AGF is realized in certain implementation processes.
