What is claimed is: 1 . An apparatus comprising: a first frame subassembly and a second frame subassembly, each of the first and second frame subassemblies defining a wheel axle of a vehicle, the first frame subassembly including a first bridge portion oriented generally upward relative to the wheel axle, the second frame subassembly including a second bridge portion oriented generally downward relative to the wheel axle; and a central frame couplable to the first frame subassembly via the first bridge portion and couplable to the second frame subassembly via the second bridge portion, the central frame configured for a first ride height when coupled to the first frame subassembly and configured for a second ride height when coupled to the second frame subassembly, the first ride height greater than the second ride height. 2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the central frame is to receive one or more battery packs. 3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein an electric motor is coupled to at least one of the first frame subassembly or the second frame subassembly, the electric motor powered by the one or more battery packs. 4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the electric motor is operatively coupled to wheels of the wheel axle, wherein operation of the electric motor causes rotation of the wheels. 5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a first type of vehicle body is couplable to the central frame when the central frame is configured for the first ride height and a second type of vehicle body is couplable to the central frame when the central frame is configured for the second ride height, the second type of vehicle body different from the first type of vehicle body. 6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first bridge portion or the second bridge portion is bolted to the central frame. 7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first and second bridge portions are interchangeably couplable to a front end and a rear end of the central frame. 8 . An apparatus comprising: a subassembly defining a wheel axle; a first bridge portion couplable to the subassembly, the first bridge portion oriented generally upward relative to the wheel axle; a second bridge portion couplable to the subassembly, the second bridge portion oriented generally downward relative to the wheel axle; and a central frame couplable to the subassembly via at least one of the first bridge portion or the second bridge portion, the central frame configured for a first ride height when coupled to the subassembly via the first bridge portion and configured for a second ride height when coupled to the subassembly via the second bridge portion, the first ride height greater than the second ride height. 9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the central frame is to receive one or more battery packs. 10 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein an electric motor is coupled to the subassembly and operatively coupled to wheels of the wheel axle, the electric motor powered by the one or more battery packs, wherein operation of the electric motor causes rotation of the wheels. 11 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein an angle of the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion relative to the central frame is less than 30 degrees. 12 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein a first type of vehicle body is couplable to the central frame when the central frame is configured for the first ride height and a second type of vehicle body is couplable to the central frame when the central frame is configured for the second ride height, the second type of vehicle body different from the first type of vehicle body. 13 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein at least one of the first bridge portion or the second bridge portion is bolted to the central frame and to the subassembly. 14 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the first and second bridge portions are interchangeably couplable to a front end and a rear end of the central frame. 15 . A method comprising: in response to determining that a vehicle is to have a first ride height, coupling a first bridge portion to a central frame of the vehicle, the first bridge portion to couple a subassembly of the vehicle to the central frame, the subassembly defining a wheel axle, the first bridge portion oriented generally upward relative to the wheel axle; in response to determining that the vehicle is to have a second ride height less than the first ride height, coupling a second bridge portion to the central frame, the second bridge portion to couple the subassembly to the central frame, the second bridge portion oriented generally downward relative to the wheel axle; and coupling one of a first type of vehicle body or a second type of vehicle body to the central frame, the first type of vehicle body coupled to the central frame when the vehicle is configured for the first ride height, the second type of vehicle body coupled to the central frame when the vehicle is configured for the first ride height, the second type of vehicle body different from the first type of vehicle body. 16 . The method of claim 15 , further including positioning one or more battery packs on the central frame and coupling an electric motor to the subassembly, the electric motor powered by the one or more battery packs, wherein operation of the electric motor causes rotation of wheels of the wheel axle. 17 . The method of claim 15 , wherein at least one of the first bridge portion or the second bridge portion is part of the subassembly. 18 . The method of claim 15 , wherein the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion are removably couplable to the subassembly. 19 . The method of claim 15 , further including coupling a third bridge portion between the central frame and the subassembly in response to determining that the vehicle is to have a third ride height, the third bridge portion different from the first bridge portion and the second bridge portion, the third ride height different from the first ride height and the second ride height. 20 . The method of claim 15 , further including bolting at least one of the first bridge portion or the second bridge portion to the central frame and to the subassembly.
