Provided is a protective-layer-coated-interconnector, a cell stack, and a fuel cell. A component (particularly Cr) of the interconnector is prevented from diffusing even if the interconnector is exposed to high temperature for a long time. The interconnector has sufficient diffusion barrier-performance and protective performance. [Solution] A protective-layer-coated-interconnector, a cell stack including the interconnector, and a fuel cell including the interconnector, wherein the interconnector includes an interconnector material and a protective layer on the surface of the interconnector material, wherein the interconnector material is composed of a Fe—Cr alloy containing a rare earth element or a Zr element in a total amount of 1.0 weight % or less, and wherein the protective layer is composed of a Co oxide or an oxide containing: at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Ti, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, and Zn; and a Co element.

1 . A protective-layer-coated-interconnector comprising an interconnector material and a protective layer on the surface of the interconnector material, wherein the interconnector material is composed of a Fe—Cr alloy containing a rare earth element or a Zr element in a total amount of 1.0 weight % or less, and wherein the protective layer is composed of a Co oxide or an oxide containing: at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Ti, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, and Zn; and a Co element. 2 . A protective-layer-coated-interconnector comprising an interconnector material and a protective layer on the surface of the interconnector material, wherein the interconnector material is composed of a Fe—Cr alloy containing a rare earth element or a Zr element in a total amount of 1.0 weight % or less, and wherein the protective layer is composed of an oxide containing a rare earth element or a Zr element. 3 . The protective-layer-coated-interconnector according to claim 1 , wherein the protective layer contains an oxide having a perovskite type of crystal structure or an oxide having a spinel type of crystal structure. 4 . The protective-layer-coated-interconnector according to claim 1 , wherein the protective layer has pores in the layer, and has a porosity of 10 to 50%. 5 . The protective-layer-coated-interconnector according to claim 1 , wherein the protective layer has pores in the layer, and wherein the longitudinal direction of the pore is arranged in the direction in parallel with the surface of the interconnector material. 6 . The protective-layer-coated-interconnector according to claim 1 , wherein the protective layer has a thickness of 1 to 100 μm. 7 . A cell stack comprising a structural unit in which a solid oxide electrochemical cell containing a fuel electrode, an electrolyte layer, and an air electrode is sandwiched between the protective-layer-coated-interconnectors according to claim 1 . 8 . A fuel cell comprising the cell stack according to claim 7 .
