Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, apparatus, systems, computing devices, and/or computing entities for causing a medication dispensing device to generate electronic user notifications. According to one embodiment, a method is provided that includes: receiving an attempt data object indicating an end user has communicated a medication access request for a medication; and responsive to receiving the object: receiving a predictive polypharmacy data object generated via processing an end user medication profile, an end user factor profile, and a polypharmacy profile for the medication using a polypharmacy prediction machine learning model indicating an inferred prediction about polypharmacy compatibility; determining, based at least in part on the predictive polypharmacy data object, a confirmation data object indicating a recommended response to the attempt data object; and transmitting the confirmation data object to the medical dispensing device to generate the electronic user notifications communicated to the end user.

1 . A computer-implemented method for causing a medication dispensing device to generate one or more dynamic electronic user notifications, the computer-implemented method comprising: receiving, by one or more processors of a user computing entity and originating from the medication dispensing device, an attempt data object, wherein the attempt data object indicates that an end user has communicated a medication access request for a medication to the medication dispensing device; and responsive to receiving the attempt data object: receiving, by the one or more processors and originating from a predictive data analysis server computing entity, a predictive polypharmacy data object for the end user, wherein: (i) the predictive polypharmacy data object is generated by the predictive data analysis computing entity via processing an end user medication profile for the end user, an end user factor profile for the end user, and a polypharmacy profile for the medication using a polypharmacy prediction machine learning model, and (ii) the predictive polypharmacy data object indicates an inferred prediction about polypharmacy compatibility of the polypharmacy profile and the end user factor profile; determining, by the one or more processors and based at least in part on the predictive polypharmacy data object, a confirmation data object, wherein the confirmation data object indicates a recommended response to the attempt data object; and transmitting the confirmation data object to the medical dispensing device, wherein the medical dispensing device is configured to generate the one or more dynamic electronic user notifications based at least in part on the confirmation data object and communicate the one or more dynamic electronic user notifications to the end user. 2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more dynamic electronic user notifications identify to the end user whether to take a dosage of the medication by causing illumination in a first color indicating to the end user an approval for taking the particular medication, a second color indicating to the end user a disapproval for taking the particular medication, and a third color indicating to the end user an undetermined state for taking the particular medication. 3 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the attempt data object is generated when the medication dispensing device is within a predefined distance from the end user computing entity. 4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 further comprising: detecting by the medication dispensing device a movement of the medication dispensing device; and responsive to detecting the movement, sending the attempt data object to the user computing entity. 5 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 further comprising, in response to receiving the predictive polypharmacy data object, transmitting the confirmation data object to a virtual assistant entity in communication with the user computer entity, wherein the virtual assistant entity is configured to generate one or more assistant-originated electronic user notifications based at least in part on the confirmation data object and communicate the one or more assistant-originated electronic user notifications to the end user. 6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the confirmation data object indicates a disapproval of the end user taking the medication and the method further comprises transmitting a locking data object to the medication dispensing device to cause the medication dispensing device to prevent the end user from accessing the medication. 7 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the medication dispensing device comprises a storage unit for storing the medication, a covering for the storage unit, a lock for the storage unit, or a tag attached to the storage unit. 8 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein: the end user factor profile comprises a set of relevant factors; the set of relevant factors are identified based at least in part on a medication factors data object; the medication factors data object is generated via processing an end user health profile for the end user using a medication factors machine learning model; and the medication factors data object comprises a medication factor score for each factor of a plurality of factors, the medication factor score for a factor of the plurality of factors indicating a probability of a relevance of the factor in generating the predictive polypharmacy data object. 9 . An apparatus for causing a medication dispensing device to generate one or more dynamic electronic user notifications, the apparatus comprising at least one processor and at least one memory including program code, the at least one memory and the program code configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to at least: receive, originating from the medication dispensing device, an attempt data object, wherein the attempt data object indicates that an end user has communicated a medication access request for a medication to the medication dispensing device; and responsive to receiving the attempt data object: receive, originating from a predictive data analysis server computing entity, a predictive polypharmacy data object for the end user, wherein: (i) the predictive polypharmacy data object is generated by the predictive data analysis computing entity via processing an end user medication profile for the end user, an end user factor profile for the end user, and a polypharmacy profile for the medication using a polypharmacy prediction machine learning model, and (ii) the predictive polypharmacy data object indicates an inferred prediction about polypharmacy compatibility of the polypharmacy profile and the end user factor profile; determine, based at least in part on the predictive polypharmacy data object, a confirmation data object, wherein the confirmation data object indicates a recommended response to the attempt data object; and transmit the confirmation data object to the medical dispensing device, wherein the medical dispensing device is configured to generate the one or more dynamic electronic user notifications based at least in part on the confirmation data object and communicate the one or more dynamic electronic user notifications to the end user. 10 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the one or more dynamic electronic user notifications identify to the end user whether to take a dosage of the medication by causing illumination in a first color indicating to the end user an approval for taking the medication, a second color indicating to the end user a disapproval for taking the medication, and a third color indicating to the end user an undetermined state for taking the medication. 11 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the medication dispensing device detects a movement of the medication dispensing device and responsive to detecting the movement, sends the attempt data object to the apparatus. 12 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the at least one memory and the program code are configured to, with the processor, cause the apparatus to at least, in response to receiving the predictive polypharmacy data object, transmit the confirmation data object to a virtual assistant entity to cause the virtual assistant entity to generate one or more assistant-originated electronic user notifications based at least in part on the confirmation data object and communicate the one or more assistant-originated electronic user notifications to the end user. 13 .
