represents a group represented by formula (W-1): where Q represents a group represented by formula (Q-1) or formula (Q-2): R 2 represents —(CH 2 ) u —COOH; and u represents 1 or 2, or a salt thereof. 2 : The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 1 is a hydrogen atom, or a salt thereof. 3 : The compound according to claim 1 , selected from the following compound: or a salt thereof. 4 : An antibody-drug conjugate represented by formula (2): wherein mAb represents an antibody; q represents an integer of 1 to 30; and Z represents a group represented by formula (Z-1), formula (Z-2) or formula (Z-3): where W represents a group represented by formula (W-1): where Q represents a group represented by formula (Q-1) or formula (Q-2): R 2 represents —(CH 2 ) u —COOH; and u represents 1 or
