A user apparatus includes a reception unit configured to receive information indicating resources used for downlink or uplink from a base station apparatus and a transmission unit configured to transmit TDD configuration information used for determining an arrangement of resources used for sidelink.

A terminal comprising: a reception unit configured to receive, from a base station, first configuration information related to resources used in a communication between the base station and the terminal or in a device-to-device communication; a transmission unit configured to transmit, to another terminal, second configuration information, included in the first configuration information, related to a resource used in the device-to-device communication; and a control unit configured not to include a slot for a synchronization signal for the device-to-device communication, and a slot not for uplink in the resource used in the device-to-device communication. 8 . The terminal according to claim 7 , wherein the control unit uses a configuration value related to the resource in the device-to-device communication, the configuration value being pre-configured to the terminal. 9 . The terminal according to claim 7 , wherein the second configuration information includes a first pattern with respect to information related to a periodicity, a slot, and a symbol, or the first pattern and a second pattern. 10 . A communication system comprising: a base station; and a terminal, wherein the base station includes a transmission unit of the base station configured to transmit, to the terminal, first configuration information related to resources used in a communication between the base station and the terminal or in a device-to-device communication, and the terminal includes: a reception unit configured to receive the first configuration information from the base station; a transmission unit of the terminal configured to transmit, to another terminal, second configuration information, included in the first configuration information, related to a resource used in the device-to-device communication; and a control unit configured not to include a slot for a synchronization signal for the device-to-device communication, and a slot not for uplink in the resource used in the device-to-device communication. 11 . A communication method of a terminal, the method comprising: receiving, from a base station, first configuration information related to resources used in a communication between the base station and the terminal or in a device-to-device communication; transmitting, to another terminal, second configuration information, included in the first configuration information, related to a resource used in the device-to-device communication; and not including a slot for a synchronization signal for the device-to-device communication, and a slot not for uplink in the resource used in the device-to-device communication.
