In particular embodiments, a consent conversion optimization system is configured to test two or more test consent interfaces against one another to determine which of the two or more consent interfaces results in a higher conversion percentage (e.g., to determine which of the two or more interfaces lead to a higher number of end users and/or data subjects providing a requested level of consent for the creation, storage and use or cookies by a particular website). The system may, for example, analyze end user interaction with each particular test consent interface to determine which of the two or more user interfaces: (1) result in a higher incidence of a desired level of provided consent; (2) are easier to use by the end users and/or data subjects (e.g., take less time to complete, require a fewer number of clicks, etc.); (3) etc.

What is claimed is: 1 . A system comprising: a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions; and processing hardware communicatively coupled to the non-transitory computer-readable medium, wherein the processing hardware is configured to execute the instructions and thereby perform operations comprising: receiving a request to initiate a consent interface conversion test for a web domain for at least a first consent interface variant and a second consent interface variant based on a success criteria; in response to receiving the request, initiating the consent interface conversion test for the web domain by: providing the first consent interface variant for display on a first subset of user devices accessing the particular web domain; and providing the second consent interface variant for display on a second subset of the user devices accessing the particular web domain; receiving first consent data for the first consent interface variant and second consent data for the second consent interface variant, wherein the first consent data comprises data indicating that a first user has not consented to use of a cookie via the first consent interface variant; analyzing the first consent data and the second consent data to determine a more successful consent interface based on the success criteria; completing the consent interface conversion test; providing the more successful consent interface for display on a third subset of user devices accessing the particular web domain after completing the consent interface conversion test; receiving a first request from a first user device associated with the first user to perform a function at the web domain requiring the use of the cookie; and in response to receiving the first request, providing, a third consent interface variant for display on the first user device, the third consent interface variant being configured to prompt the first user for the consent to the use of the cookie. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the third consent interface variant is a consent interface variant that was not part of the consent interface conversion test. 3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the third consent interface variant comprises the more successful consent interface. 4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the operations further comprise: determining a user parameter for the first user; and selecting the third consent interface variant based on the user parameter. 5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the third consent interface comprises an interface other than the more successful consent interface. 6 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the user parameter comprises at least one of: a location of the first user; a time of day of the first request; an age of the first user; and a gender of the first user. 7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the operations further comprise: initiating a second consent interface conversion test at the web domain, the second consent interface conversion test including the third consent interface variant; receiving third consent conversion data for each test interface during the second consent interface conversion test; and modifying the more successful consent interface based on the third consent conversion data and the success criteria. 8 . A method comprising: causing, by computing hardware, initiation of a cookie consent interface conversion test at a web domain; receiving, by the computing hardware, consent conversion data for each test interface during the cookie consent interface conversion test; generating, by the computing hardware, a set of rules based on the consent conversion data; receiving, by the computing hardware, a request from a user device to perform a function at the web domain that requires a user of the user device to consent to a cookie type; generating, by the computing hardware, a graphical user interface comprising a cookie consent interface based on the set of rules; providing, by the computing hardware, the graphical user interface for display on the user device; receiving, by the computing hardware via the cookie consent interface, consent to the cookie type; and responsive to receiving the consent to the cookie, causing, by the computing hardware, the user device to perform the function at the web domain. 9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the cookie consent interface comprises an interface that was not included in the cookie consent interface conversion test. 10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein: the cookie consent interface conversion test is a first cookie consent interface conversion test; and the method further comprises: causing, by the computing hardware, initiation of a second cookie consent interface conversion test at the web domain, the second cookie consent interface conversion test including the cookie consent interface; receiving, by the computing hardware, second consent conversion data for each test interface during the second cookie consent interface conversion test; and modifying, by the computing hardware, the set of rules based on the second consent conversion data. 11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein: the set of rules includes a first rule to provide the more successful interface from the cookie consent interface conversion test to devices accessing the web domain; and the cookie consent interface comprises the more successful interface. 12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein: the set of rules includes a second rule to customize the cookie consent interface based on the user; and the method further comprises: identifying, by the computing hardware, a user parameter based on an application state of a web browser accessing the web domain on the user device; and generating, by the computing hardware, the graphical user interface comprising the cookie based on the user parameter and the set of rules. 13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the cookie consent interface comprises an interface from the cookie consent interface conversion test other than the more successful interface. 14 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the set of rules comprises at least one of: a first rule to select the cookie consent interface based on a location from which the request from the user device was received; a second rule to select the cookie consent interface based on a time of day at which the request from the user device was received; a third rule to select the cookie consent interface based on an age of the user; a fourth rule to select the cookie consent interface based on a gender of the user. 15 . A system comprising: a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions; and processing hardware communicatively coupled to the non-transitory computer-readable medium, wherein the processing hardware is configured to execute the instructions and thereby perform operations comprising: initiating a cookie consent interface conversion test at a web domain; receiving consent conversion data for each test interface during the cookie consent interface conversion test; generating a set of rules based on the consent conversion data; receiving a request from a user device to perform a function at the web domain that requires a user of the user device to consent to a cookie type; generating a graphical user interface comprising a cookie consent interface based on the set of rules; providing the graphical user interface for display on the user device; receiving, via the cookie consent interface, consent to the cookie type; and responsive to receiving the consent to the cookie, causing the user device to pe
