A vehicle storage structure includes a vehicle interior member and a storage. The vehicle interior member has a design surface. The storage has an opening, a first article placement section, and a second article placement section. The opening is located on the design surface. The first article placement section is disposed outwardly from the second article placement section. The first article placement section has a coefficient of friction less than a coefficient of friction of the second article placement section.

What is claimed is: 1 . A vehicle storage structure comprising a vehicle interior member and a storage, wherein the vehicle interior member has a design surface, the storage has an opening, a first article placement section, and a second article placement section, the opening is located on the design surface, the first article placement section is disposed outwardly from the second article placement section, and the first article placement section has a coefficient of friction less than a coefficient of friction of the second article placement section. 2 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first article placement section comprises a resin member. 3 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 1 , wherein the second article placement section comprises a member containing a material which is different from a material of the first article placement section. 4 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 3 , wherein the vehicle interior member includes an instrument panel, the instrument panel is connected to a center console by a connection member, the connection member comprises an extension portion extending in a vehicle width direction, and the second article placement section is disposed at the extension portion. 5 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 1 , wherein the first article placement section has a first end portion and a second end portion located outwardly from the first end portion, the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the first end portion is substantially flush with the fourth end portion. 6 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 1 , wherein the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 7 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 2 , wherein the second article placement section comprises a member containing a material which is different from a material of the first article placement section. 8 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the vehicle interior member includes an instrument panel, the instrument panel is connected to a center console by a connection member, the connection member comprises an extension portion extending in a vehicle width direction, and the second article placement section is disposed at the extension portion. 9 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 2 , wherein the first article placement section has a first end portion and a second end portion located outwardly from the first end portion, the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the first end portion is substantially flush with the fourth end portion. 10 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 3 , wherein the first article placement section has a first end portion and a second end portion located outwardly from the first end portion, the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the first end portion is substantially flush with the fourth end portion. 11 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the first article placement section has a first end portion and a second end portion located outwardly from the first end portion, the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the first end portion is substantially flush with the fourth end portion. 12 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 4 , wherein the first article placement section has a first end portion and a second end portion located outwardly from the first end portion, the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the first end portion is substantially flush with the fourth end portion. 13 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 8 , wherein the first article placement section has a first end portion and a second end portion located outwardly from the first end portion, the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the first end portion is substantially flush with the fourth end portion. 14 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 2 , wherein the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 15 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 3 , wherein the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 16 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 17 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 4 , wherein the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 18 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 8 , wherein the second article placement section has a third end portion and a fourth end portion located outwardly from the third end portion, and the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 19 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 5 , wherein the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion. 20 . The vehicle storage structure according to claim 9 , wherein the third end portion is located lower than the fourth end portion.
