What is claimed is: 1 . An ink jet printing recording apparatus comprising: a belt which supports a recording medium; a heating portion which heats the belt; and an ink jet recording head which ejects an ink jet ink composition, wherein the belt is provided with an adhesive layer, the ink jet ink composition contains a heat cross-linking component, and the belt is heated by the heating portion to a temperature lower than a reaction temperature of the heat cross-linking component. 2 . The ink jet printing recording apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a washing portion which washes the belt. 3 . The ink jet printing recording apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the belt is an endless belt. 4 . The ink jet printing recording apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the heat cross-linking component is an urethane resin having a cross-linking group. 5 . The ink jet printing recording apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the urethane resin is a polycarbonate-based urethane resin and has a rupture elongation of 200% to 600%. 6 . The ink jet printing recording apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the ink jet ink composition contains an organic solvent having a normal boiling point of 280° C. or more in an amount of 10.0 to 30.0 percent by mass with respect to the total mass of the ink jet ink composition. 7 . An ink jet recording method comprising: heating a belt which is provided with an adhesive layer and which supports a recording medium; and ejecting an ink jet ink composition from an ink jet recording head so as to be adhered to the recording medium supported by the belt, wherein the ink jet ink composition contains a heat cross-linking component, and in the heating a belt, the belt is heated to a temperature lower than a reaction temperature of the heat cross-linking component. 8 . The ink jet recording method according to claim 7 , further comprising: a washing step of washing the belt. 9 . The ink jet recording method according to claim 7 , further comprising: heating the recording medium to a temperature higher than the reaction temperature of the heat cross-linking component.
