A camera module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is proposed, the camera module including a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) mounted with an image sensor, a housing member arranged at an upper surface of the PCB, a bobbin movably positioned at an inner side of the housing member, an upper elastic member connected to an upper surface of the housing member and to an upper surface of the bobbin, and a space forming part formed at one side of the housing member to provide a moving space to the upper elastic member when the bobbin makes a relatively vertical movement to the housing member.

What is claimed is: 1 . A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a housing member comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate extending from the upper plate; a bobbin disposed in the housing member; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed between the coil and the lateral plate of the housing member; and an upper elastic member coupled to the bobbin, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a first fixing part, a second fixing part coupled to the bobbin and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part, wherein an upper surface of the magnet is contacted with the first fixing part of the upper elastic member, and wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member moves to a position lower than that of the first fixing part of the upper elastic member, when a first direction driving current is supplied to the coil. 2 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the connection part of the upper elastic member is overlapped with the magnet in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis direction, when the connection part of the upper elastic member moves to the position lower than that of the first fixing part of the upper elastic member. 3 . The VCM of claim 1 , comprising a spacer, at least a portion of the spacer disposed between the magnet and the upper plate of the housing member, wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member is disposed between the spacer and the magnet and directly fixed to the spacer and the magnet. 4 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member is spaced apart from the magnet, when no current is supplied to the coil in an initial position. 5 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member is not overlapped with magnet in an optical axis direction. 6 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein a first gap in an optical axis direction is formed between the connection part of the upper elastic member and the upper plate of the housing member, when no current is supplied to the coil in an initial position, wherein the first gap is increased by a movement of the connection part of the upper elastic member, when the first direction driving current is supplied to the coil in the initial position, and wherein the first gap is decreased by a movement of the connection part of the upper elastic member, when a second direction driving current opposite the first direction driving current is supplied to the coil in the initial position. 7 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the magnet is fixed by being directly bonded to the lateral plate of the housing member. 8 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the housing member is formed with a metal material. 9 . The VCM of claim 3 , wherein the spacer is formed with a metal material in order to be welded with the upper elastic member. 10 . The VCM of claim 1 , comprising a base disposed below the bobbin and coupled with the lateral plate of the housing member. 11 . The VCM of claim 10 , comprising: a lower elastic member connecting the bobbin and the base; and a terminal member disposed on the base. 12 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the lateral plate of the housing member extends from an outer edge of the upper plate of the housing member, wherein the housing member comprises an inner yoke extending from an inner edge of the upper plate of the housing member, wherein the bobbin comprises an accommodation groove, and wherein at least a portion of the inner yoke is disposed on the accommodation groove of the bobbin. 13 . The VCM of claim 3 , wherein an upper surface of the spacer is contacted with the housing member, and wherein a lower surface of the spacer is contacted with first fixing part of the upper elastic member. 14 . The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member is overlapped with the coil in an optical axis direction. 15 . A camera module, comprising: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board); an image sensor disposed on the PCB; the VCM of claim 1 disposed on the PCB; and a lens coupled with the bobbin of the VCM. 16 . A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a housing member comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate extending from the upper plate; a bobbin disposed in the housing member; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed between the coil and the lateral plate of the housing member; and an upper elastic member coupled to the bobbin, wherein the upper elastic member comprises a first fixing part, a second fixing part coupled to the bobbin and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part, wherein an upper surface of the magnet is directly contacted with the first fixing part of the upper elastic member, and wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member moves to a position lower than that of the first fixing part of the upper elastic member so that at least a portion of the connection part of the upper elastic member is overlapped with the magnet in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis direction, when a first direction driving current is supplied to the coil. 17 . The VCM of claim 16 , wherein comprising a spacer, at least a portion of the spacer disposed between the magnet and the upper plate of the housing member, wherein the first fixing part of the upper elastic member is disposed between the spacer and the magnet and directly fixed to the spacer and the magnet. 18 . The VCM of claim 16 , wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member is spaced apart from the magnet, when no current is supplied to the coil in an initial position. 19 . The VCM of claim 16 , wherein the connection part of the upper elastic member is not overlapped with magnet in an optical axis direction. 20 . A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a housing member comprising an upper plate and a lateral plate extending from the upper plate; a bobbin disposed in the housing member; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed between the coil and the lateral plate of the housing member; and an upper elastic member coupled to the bobbin.
