The present invention relates to the treatment of or alleviation of signs and symptoms of an acute phase flare-up of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) with anti-IL36R antibodies.

1 . A method of treating generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) in a patient, said method comprising administering or having administered to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-IL-36R antibody. 2 . A method of treating moderate to severe GPP in a patient, comprising administering or having administered to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-IL-36R antibody. 3 . A method of reducing or alleviating signs and symptoms of an acute phase flare-up of GPP in a patient, said method comprising administering or having administered to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-IL-36R antibody. 4 . A method of reducing the severity and duration of GPP flares, said method comprising administering or having administered to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-IL-36R antibody. 5 . A method of treating a skin disorder associated with acute GPP, said method comprising administering or having administered to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-IL-36R antibody. 6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the anti-IL-36R antibody comprises: a) a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26 (L-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 35, 102, 103, 104, 105 106 or 140 (L-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 44 (L-CDR3); and b) a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 53 (H-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 62, 108, 109, 110 or 111 (H-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 72 (H-CDR3). 7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the anti-IL-36R antibody comprises: I. a) a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26 (L-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 102 (L-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 44 (L-CDR3); and b) a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 53 (H-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 62, 108, 109, 110 or 111 (H-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 72 (H-CDR3). II. a) a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26 (L-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 103 (L-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 44 (L-CDR3); and b) a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 53 (H-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 62, 108, 109, 110 or 111 (H-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 72 (H-CDR3). III. a) a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26 (L-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 104 (L-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 44 (L-CDR3); and b) a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 53 (H-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 62, 108, 109, 110 or 111 (H-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 72 (H-CDR3). IV. a) a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 26 (L-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 105 (L-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 44 (L-CDR3); and b) a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 53 (H-CDR1); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 62, 108, 109, 110 or 111 (H-CDR2); the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 72 (H-CDR3).
