A lead-acid battery (100) is provided with a lid (14). A communication chamber (520) is formed inside the lid (14). The communication chamber (520) is provided with an internal flow passage forming part (432, 522) forming an internal flow passage (Q) which communicates with a vent hole (321) and is located on the other side in a first direction than the vent hole (321). At least a part of the surface of the internal flow passage forming part (432, 522) has an uneven part (T).

1 . A lead-acid battery comprising: a container having an opening on one side in a first direction and formed with a housing chamber communicating with the opening; a positive electrode and a negative electrode housed in the housing chamber of the container; and a lid disposed so as to close the opening of the container and has a discharge port formed on an outer surface of the lid, wherein a communication chamber and an external flow passage forming part are formed inside the lid, the communication chamber is surrounded by a partition wall between the housing chamber and the communication chamber, a facing wall that faces the partition wall in the first direction, and a sidewall that connects the partition wall and the facing wall, the external flow passage forming part is adjacent to the communication chamber through the sidewall and forms an external flow passage that communicates with the discharge port of the lid, a communication hole communicating with the housing chamber is formed in the partition wall, a vent hole communicating with the external flow passage is formed in the sidewall, the communication chamber is provided with an internal flow passage forming part forming an internal flow passage, the internal flow passage communicating with the vent hole and located on the other side in the first direction than the vent hole, and at least a part of a surface of the internal flow passage forming part has an uneven part. 2 . The lead-acid battery according to claim 1 , wherein the internal flow passage forming part includes a flow passage wall disposed at a position separated from the partition wall, at least a part of a surface of the flow passage wall has the uneven part, and a surface of the partition wall is substantially flat.
