What is claimed is: 1 . A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a non-aqueous electrolyte, wherein: the positive electrode includes a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer provided on the positive electrode current collector; the non-aqueous electrolyte contains lithium fluorosulfonate; and the positive electrode active material layer contains a positive electrode active material, and the positive electrode active material layer contains hydrated alumina at least in a surface layer portion of the positive electrode active material layer. 2 . The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein in a region of the positive electrode active material layer where the hydrated alumina is contained, a content of the hydrated alumina is 1% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less, with respect to the positive electrode active material contained in the region. 3 . The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte further contains lithium bis(oxalato)borate. 4 . The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte further contains lithium difluorophosphate. 5 . The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the hydrated alumina is aluminum oxyhydroxide.
