1 - 20 . (canceled) 21 . A method for treating glioma in a human in need thereof, comprising: administering to the human: (i) tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), wherein the THC and CBD are in a ratio based on weight between 1:1 and 1:20; and (ii) temozolomide. 22 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the THC and CBD are in a ratio based on weight between 1:1 and 1:5. 23 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the THC and CBD are in a ratio based on weight between 1:1 and 1:2. 24 . The method of claim 21 , wherein a botanical drug substance comprising the THC and CBD is administered to the human. 25 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the human has a glioma tumour. 26 . The method of claim 25 , wherein the glioma tumour is glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). 27 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the THC and CBD, and the temozolomide are administered separately. 28 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the THC and CBD, and the temozolomide are administered sequentially. 29 . The method of claim 21 , wherein the THC and CBD, and the temozolomide are administered simultaneously. 30 . A method for increasing the efficacy of temozolomide in inhibiting cancer cell growth or reducing cancer cell viability comprising: administering to a human having a glioma tumour: (i) a botanical drug substance comprising tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), wherein the THC and CBD are in a ratio based on weight between 1:1 and 1:20; and (ii) temozolomide. 31 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the THC and CBD are in a ratio based on weight between 1:1 and 1:5. 32 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the THC and CBD are in a ratio based on weight between 1:1 and 1:2. 33 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the glioma tumour is a glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). 34 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the THC and CBD, and the temozolomide are administered separately. 35 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the THC and CBD, and the temozolomide are administered sequentially. 36 . The method of claim 30 , wherein the THC and CBD, and the temozolomide are administered simultaneously.
