Official abstract text for this publication.
The present disclosure discloses a media information processing method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining media data that includes indication information and at least one frame of picture data. The indication information is used to indicate whether a prediction pixel corresponding to a pixel in a picture exceeds a boundary in a preset direction. The method further includes decoding the frame(s) of picture data based on the indication information. According to the media information processing method and apparatus in the present disclosure, it is possible to splice a plurality of sub-bitstreams, and required bitstreams are spliced and then are decoded, so that a plurality of sub-picture sequences can be decoded by using only a single decoder.

1 . A method of media information processing, comprising: obtaining media data that comprises indication information and at least one frame of picture data, the indication information being used to indicate whether a bitstream carried in a current sub-picture track where the indication information is located is spliceable with another bitstream; and decoding the at least one frame of picture data based on the indication information. 2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the indication information is used to indicate whether a motion vector of the bitstream carried in the current sub-picture track is constrained, the bitstream is spliceable with another bitstream when the motion vector is constrained. 3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the picture data is encoded picture data using ITU H.264, and supplemental enhancement information (SEI) of the media data comprises the indication information. 4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the picture data is encoded picture data using ITU H.265, and supplemental enhancement information (SEI) of the media data comprises the indication information. 5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the picture data comprises the bitstream carried in the current sub-picture track where the indication information is located, and a box of the track comprises the indication information. 6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the media data comprises a media presentation description (MPD) file that comprises the indication information. 7 . A media information processing apparatus, comprising: a processor; and a memory coupled to the processor to store instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations, the operations including: obtaining media data that comprises indication information and at least one frame of picture data, the indication information is used to indicate whether a bitstream carried in a current sub-picture track where the indication information is located is spliceable with another bitstream; and decoding the at least one frame of picture data based on the indication information. 8 . The media information processing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the indication information is used to indicate whether a motion vector of the bitstream carried in the current sub-picture track is constrained, the bitstream is spliceable with another bitstream when the motion vector is constrained. 9 . The media information processing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the picture data is encoded picture data using ITU H.264, and supplemental enhancement information (SEI) of the media data comprises the indication information. 10 . The media information processing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the picture data is encoded picture data using ITU H.265, and supplemental enhancement information (SEI) of the media data comprises the indication information. 11 . The media information processing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the picture data comprises the bitstream carried in the current sub-picture track where the indication information is located, and a box of the track comprises the indication information. 12 . The media information processing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the media data comprises a media presentation description (MPD) file that comprises the indication information. 13 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium having instructions stored therein, which when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations, the operations comprising: obtaining media data that comprises indication information and at least one frame of picture data, the indication information is used to indicate whether a bitstream carried in a current sub-picture track where the indication information is located is spliceable with another bitstream; and decoding the at least one frame of picture data based on the indication information. 14 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the indication information is used to indicate whether a motion vector of the bitstream carried in the current sub-picture track is constrained, the bitstream is spliceable with another bitstream when the motion vector is constrained. 15 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the picture data is encoded picture data using ITU H.264, and supplemental enhancement information (SEI) of the media data comprises the indication information. 16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the picture data is encoded picture data using ITU H.265, and supplemental enhancement information (SEI) of the media data comprises the indication information. 17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the picture data comprises the bitstream carried in the current sub-picture track where the indication information is located, and a box of the track comprises the indication information. 18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the media data comprises a media presentation description (MPD) file that comprises the indication information.
